Sonic landed on a grassy area in the sky. The area was filled with hills, trees, and familiar badniks that he had encountered before.
"Why does this place look so familiar?" "I could've sworn I've been to a place like this before!" "Oh well."
As per usual, Sonic went running around the area in the sky, jumping into badniks and collecting rings along the way. He stopped at a 3 pathway interway. He didn't know which path to take. He investigated the path with walls of spikes down below the sky. Sonic was unsure of this path, but he took the risk anyways.
Sonic ran up the wall with his new parkour ability and made it through the end.
"Huh, that's funny. I've never been able to do that before."
Sonic saw an animal capsule in sight and jumped on it to rescue the animals trapped inside.
"Yep, something fishy is definitely going on."
Sonic stopped on a grassy area to relax. On Tails' Miles Electric he got a call from his best girl friend, Amy Rose.
*Amy on the other line* "Sonic, did you get those animals back from Eggman?"
"Uh, just the one he left before."
"One!" Knuckles shouted. "Pfft, I would've gotten them all back by now."
Amy pushing Knuckles back retorts, "Well get the rest of them! Oh! I hate to see what Eggman is doing to those poor little guys!"
"I'm on it!" Sonic says and signs off.
"On to the next zone!"
Meanwhile in Doctor Eggman's lair.
"Transformation 101. Bunnies to badniks! Boom! Instant Army!" Eggman says.
A strong red Zeti creature comes out of the shadows, "You are quite the mighty conqueror." The zeti says in a sarcastic tone.
"I am!" Eggman gloats. "I conquered you didn't I? And with your help, I will finally be able to destroy that annoying blue rodent."
While Eggman is working his factory line, Zavok, the strong red Zeti says something in the distance.
"Eggman wants the little hedgehog destroyed."
A pink, tall zeti comes out of the shadows. "Oh yeah! Well I feel like destroying something! Hahaha!"
"That's what I like about you Zazz. You're always ready for a fight, even if you don't know what you're fighting."
"Yeah, bring it on and I'll rip it up!" Zazz says excitingly exiting the room.
"Win or lose, I'll know something about our enemy." Zavok says.
