Imagine this, Ava, a new case starts with someone (perhaps an emotional mother) bursts into the office Wright Anything Agency at probably 8 or 7 in the morning, she cries for help. She says that her daughter is accused of a crime that she knows she didn't commit, despite losing connection with her 29 year old daughter. She has salty water in her eyes, she has them closed tight as to make it harder for her tears to fall. You being in charge of the office, you didn't expect for someone to just waltz in unannounced.
