Chapter 1

Hi.

Dying hurts and being (re)born hurts more.

I, Ebony Kelson should know for I've been there and done that, and I am not going back to do it again.

Ever.

One moment I was just walking through the busy streets, minding my own business before I was pushed, the world faded away as blinding lights filled my vision.

It was... painful, to say at the very least, it was December the 23rd that day when I died, I remember immense pain flooding my senses and being thrown through the air, I remember choking on my blood as the snow continued falling onto my dying body.

Not to sound dramatic really but... I thought I was going to live.

I can hear and see my surroundings clearly but I just couldn't feel my body, I was vaguely aware that I had something through my stomach, it hurts to move and I was wet everywhere.

It took me a few moments to realise that, oh, it was my blood.

Very soggy, uncomfortable and I had laughed. I thought I was going to live too but I just... faded, out of this world.

I had died.

Then all I knew was sharp pain again, muffled noises and numbness, then I woke up to being the younger twin of Minato Namikaze.

I cried and screamed non-stop that day, feeling bad for my new parents but I just...

I couldn't cope with suddenly being reborn into the anime that day, even if I didn't know I was reborn into Naruto.

I was crying because my old life ended, I never got to meet my new cute sister, I never got to celebrate Christmas with my family, I couldn't say goodbye to the people I love, I have too many regrets and just started changing for the better.

I couldn't... just leave...

And to say the least, I was traumatized and hysterical.

"Say ah..."

My twin blubbered nonsense, squealing as the food made this plane noise to his mouth for him to swallow it.

"There we go... Who's a cute baby?"

He squealed again, clapping his hands as the woman turned around to face me, I continued sucking on my thumb and made baby noises, gurgling as the mushed food made its way to my mouth.

"Come on honey, open up your mouth~"

I was extremely tempted to slap the spoon away.

I ate it anyway.

"There we go Machiko! Who's a good girl?"
