A mask that looks like hoodies. Matches/A lighter.
Step 1: Go in the woods with the mask.
Step 2: Start a fire.
Step 3: Throw the mask in the fire.
Step 4: Chant. Hoodie oh, partner of masky appear before me!
You will get hit on the back of the head with a brick, rock, pole, etc.
