Ok so I recently just rewatched this scene on YouTube and I realised something that might've happened.
So basically we all know how Santana didn't like Kitty when they first met because she was kinda the reason why Marley had a eating disorder, so I genuinely feel like that after the whole glee lesson and when they're all going back to college/New York, Santana gave Marley her number and told her to call her if she needed anything.
And like I find it adorable.
Also fun fact if you don't know, if you read Nayas book sorry not sorry you will know that she dealt with anorexia when she was younger.
