'You're Worth Everything, Miss Delia'

'Delia..'
'Hank, I said get out! I had to go blind to see things about you I couldn't see before.'

As Hank walked out, he mumbled 'I love you'.
Cordelia went to the door to shut it and ended up sliding down the wall.
On the other side of the door, Hank stood and listened to her cry. Oh, how beautiful she is when she cries.
She's the most beautiful woman in the world. Even when she's blind.

In her room, Misty could hear Delia crying. Crying loud.
She wandered over to Cordelia's room. She knocked but there was no answer. So she pushed the door open. As the hinges on the door squeaked as it opened, Misty looked around. She looked towards the bathroom door, which was slightly open.
'Delia must be in there' she thought.
She walked over to the bathroom, and why she saw broke her little heart.
Delia was sat crouched on the bathroom floor, with a razor in her hand. She had small red marks on her wrists. Others were large, and deep.
Cordelia 'looked' up and could sense Misty's presence. Her cheeks were stained with tears.
Misty got to the floor, gently removed the blade from Delia's hand and put her arms around her. This just made Cordelia sob even harder.
'It's okay Miss Delia, you can cry. Let it all out. It's okay.'

'Misty, why are you doing this? Why do you even care? I obviously can't be worth that much if my own fucking husband cheats on me. What fucking dickhead cheats on a BLIND woman.'

'I'm doing this because you are worth everything to me, Miss Delia. You let me into your home, and welcomed me kindly. You helped me realise that there were others like me. You made me see that I'm not a freak. Of course you're worth everything Miss Delia. We all love you. I don't think you realise how much you mean to me.'

And with that, Misty planted a small kiss lightly on Cordelia's forehead.
