Delusion.

What an astounding word,

Used to describe something so incorrect, so... imagined.

This/The feeling of being paranoid,

Can apply for different situations, and different contexts,

(But) in this case, we are talking about love.

You can feel like people offer you (in your view),

So much,

But if you were the other person,

You would most likely/often realize,

That is false.

Sometimes, everything you've ever knew/known to believe,

Ends up (being) the plenary opposite of believable.
