*Jackson POV
"Where were you?" Jinyoung asks as I make my way to him. I hum in thought.

"Bathroom." I say. He looks at me wondering why.

"When nature calls, you gotta answer." I say with a laugh.

Jinyoung rolls his eyes in disgust and just leads us to our first class. English. It was easy for me. Hard for Jinyoung.

Even though he was the smart one, he had trouble with the language. He always asked me for help.

I pull out my phone and text Mark a quick message.

Lover💕: have a great day today! Learn lots in first period! See you at lunch! Love you🥰

It was hard to pretend we were friends in front of our friends. But we just weren't ready to come out yet.

Baby💕: ditched first. Out with JB. Be back before second. See you at lunch. Love you too😘

I shake my head slightly. I shouldn't be surprised that they ditched first. Mark usually does so whenever he didn't feel like coming to school.

"What up?" Jinyoung whispers.

"Mark and JB ditched first again." I explain putting my phone away. Jinyoung also shakes his head.

"I'm gonna talk to them at lunch." He says.

We went through the day with the boring lectures and assignments. I was becoming hungry by the second.

The bell rings and I was fast on my feet. Quickly shoving everything into my backpack. I didn't give Jinyoung enough time to pack, I grabbed his wrist and dragged him to the cafeteria.

"Jackson! Wait!" Jinyoung shouts trying to keep up with my speed.

"I need food!" I shout and push open the doors. The smell of food entering my nose.

"Jackson, Jinyoung!" I look over and see Mark and JB already in line. I drag Jinyoung with me and we stand next to them.

"Finally! I felt like my wrist was going to break." Jinyoung says, rubbing his now red wrists.

I hug him tightly and pouted. "I'm sorry Jinyoungie~"

He rolls his eyes and pushes me away. "Whatever. As for you two." He says pointing to the other two males.

Mark and JB raise an eyebrow at him. Acting innocent.

"What did we do?" JB asks placing a hand on his chest.

"You guys ditched again." Jinyoung says. Mark and JB looked at each other and then back at us.

"We did no such thing." JB continues to lie.

Jinyoung gets closer to them. "I can still see the donut crumbs on your face."

JB turned red and wipes his face clean. I laugh and hear Mark chuckle.

"Are we laughing at someone!? Haha haha!" BamBam shouts and laughs out loud.

Jinyoung smacks him in the head. "Don't interact if you know nothing."

"I know things. I go to school. Unlike these two!" He shouts pointing at Mark and JB.

"Ahh leave them alone guys. They're young." Youngjae says defending them.

"Thank you Youngjae." Mark says hugging the younger.

"But stupid." Yugyeom adds with a laugh.

Mark and JB smack his arm.

"Abuse!" He shouts.

We grab our lunch and sit at our table. I sat next to Mark and Jinyoung sat next to me.

"Guys wanna hang out after school?" Yugyeom asks stealing a fry from BamBams tray. The other throwing lettuce at him.

"Can't. Gotta start on my English project." Mark answers and looks at me then up to Yugyeom.

"I also can't. I have plans with my parents." I lie.

"Boringgg!" BamBam shouts as gets up and stands on the chair.

People stared and laughed. Others wondering what the hell was wrong with him.

Yugyeom also stands up from his chair and cups his hands around his mouth. "Boring!"

Jinyoung pulls them down and starts to scold them. Youngjae defending them and trying to calm Jinyoung down.

What do you expect from the two youngest of our group?

"I'll be working on my project when I come over later today." Mark whispers in my ear. I nod.

I didn't want to spend him time working on his project. But it was important and he needed to finish it.

"But after I'm done. I'll make it up to you." He continues to add.

I knew what he meant by that. I blush and nod slightly.

Tonight won't be so bad.
