Although you are extremely happy your also nervous. You and Hermione got a room together, Hermione was super excited she already started making plans for you guys. You want to tell her you like her but your to shy. You plan on taking her in the garden tomorrow and tell her your feelings. It's even better that you guys have a whole week off before school actually starts.
Hermione was practicing spells and potions while you were reading. "Hey y/n." You look up from your book and she hands you a potion. "Can you try this?" She asks, and you nod. You take a sip of the potion, "Do you like anyone?" Hermione asks excited. You realize it was Veritaserum. Before you can stop yourself you say, "Yes-" you cover your mouth and Hermione asks another question. "Who is it?" She looks at you and smiles. "Herm-" you cover your mouth but you keep talking. Its muffled and Hermione pulls your hands away from your mouth. "Who is it?" "Hermione Granger-" you cover your mouth and blush bright red. Hermione stares at you. "Guess the potion works.." She smiles and sits next you. "So you like me?" You guys have been friends for years would she be okay with it? "Y-Yes." You stutter and your heart skips a beat. She blushes and smiles. "I wasn't expecting that..." You smile and lay back on your bed. Does she like me back? You think. She leans over your face and kisses you. You turn bright red, not expecting that to happen. She smiles and lays next to you. "I like you to..." she whispers and smiles.
