After Luna left you felt a bit better, not as much as you wished you had, but still. Hermione walks into the room as you start studying for potions class, you look up quickly and she smiles a little. The littlest smile she shows for you, lightens the mood just a tiny bit. You look at your book again and she sighs and sits on her bed, "Y/N.." She says and you look up.

"Yes Granger?" You say in a sour tone, she flinches a little and throws her pillow at you. "Can you try being nice to me?! For once?" She says as you pull the pillow off of your face, "Your one to talk, now what?" You say and toss the pillow on the floor. "Listen, I'm sorry- for everything. You know I love you..." She says, looking at the promise ring you have on your first finger. You sigh and take it off and put it on her nightstand.

She makes a face and grabs the ring, "Seriously?! Put it back on!" She says and grabs your hand and slides the ring gently on your finger. You look at it and sigh, at this point there is no point in you taking it off, because you know she'll force it back on. She looks at you and smiles a little, you can't tell whether your still mad at her or not.

"Listen, I want us to try to work this out, even if it means us arguing." She says, touching your cheek. You make a face and pull her hand off your face.
