she is talkative. she is known among her family as Chatter Box. she has a quick mind and an even quicker mouth. she says the first thing that comes to her mind, no matter how inappropriate to the time it is or how disrespectful it may be. she talks her way out of situations that she may find her or her friends in. she is quick to make friends and even quicker to make enemies. of course, she doesnt want to make enemies, it just happens. she chalks it down to her being talkative and having little to no filter. when it comes to her friends, she would do anything for them. they are like family. they are family. and family is the most important thing to her. whether it be chosen family, or blood family, she will protect them at all costs.

 backstory ↪︎
 charlie lived a pretty much normal childhood. she played in dirt, fucked around with friends, fell out of countless trees. her family was pretty much just as normal. they had movie night fridays with popcorn and blanket forts, they had petty fights, they went on the occasional family camping trip, the whole shabang.
 then, when she was chosen for the trial vaccine, it became... less normal. once her power developed, she became scared to even speak, let alone do most of the other things she loves such as to laugh, to sing and even, to cry. eventually, after a couple months, she started to speak again and she was back to her normal self. at least thats what it looks like to outsiders. she's still scared to speak too loud or to laugh too much. she's still scared of breaking more windows, more glass, deafening more people
