THEO POV

I walk out of Shai's hotel room.

I walk into my hotel room.

I plop down on the couch.

To be honest I have NO idea what happened last night.

I decide I'll watch The Secret Life of an American Teenager.

Shailene played the main role Amy who became pregnant at the age 16(I think?)

After about 1 hour of the show someone knocks on the door.

I get off the couch and head to the door.

I see Shai.

"Hey" I say

"Hey, can I come in?" She asks

"Sure!" I say

She walks towards the couch.

I follow.

"Shai what's up?" I ask her

Her eyes go teary.

She burst's into sobs.

I hug her.

She cry's in my chest

"Shhhhh.... Shai what's wrong"

"My... Grandma passed" she cry's even more.

"Oh Shai I'm so so so sorry" I say

Shailene's grandma was her inspiration. Shai loved her grandma and for her to be gone must be miserable for her.

For the rest of the day I let Shai stay in my hotel room because it's gonna be really hard for her for the next few weeks.

*THE NEXT MORNING*

I find or I should say SMELL a really disturbing smell. It smells like it's coming from the bathroom.

I get up and knock on the bathroom door.

No response.

"Shailene? Are you in there? Can I come in?" I ask her

"Yes" she says

I walk in and see Shai by the toilet.

"Are you okay??" I ask her

She shakes her head no in response.

I feel really bad for Shai.

"I thought hangovers were supposed to last 1 day" I ask her

"That's what I *plahhh* thought" she throws up.

"Well maybe you had too much to drink. C'mon lets go get breakfast" I tell her.
