Jenna's POV:

The next morning I am woken up by Mr O grabbing my hair and dragging me from the van and into the house, he tosses me down on the tiles in the foyer and calls out to Vinnie.

She comes rushing down the stairs and stands next to Mr O, she gives me a small apolagetic smile and helps me up.

I grab hold of the rail of the staircase and watch the two talking.

"Honey, she should not be sleeping in the van the night before an inspection. She looks really tired!"

"She will do what i say and so will you, now take her up to the attic get her changed and smelling good and put her in the guest room or you will both pay!" Mr O shouts at Vinnie while glaring at the both of us.

"I get that and I will, but she looks way to skinny at the moment. Baggy clothes or suspicious people?, its your choice"

"FINE!! Grab some of my old clothes and HURRY THE FUCK UP!!"

Vinne winces as Mr O shouts but quickly grabs my hand rushing up the stairs. She walks towards the guest room and quietly unlocks the door she guides me in and points to the bathroom and the to the clock on the wall. She rushes out of the room as I go take a shower.

I strip off my clothes and shudder at my self in the full length mirror.

I start silently sobbing while I look and my skinny body covered in scars. I jump when I hear a knock on the front door, so i quickly rush to have a shower.

I quickly wash my self and my hair then quickly dry my body.

I towel dry my hair and put it in a messy bun. I wrap the towel around my body and peek my head into the room. The room is empty and there are black sweat pants and a red baggy sweater neatly layed out on the bed next to some clean underwear and bra.

After im dressed I spray on some random perfume and cautiously walk down the stairs.

I see Officer Carter the regular cop for our inspections sitting on the couch with Mr O, Vinnie and a nice looking man in a tux with a badge on his pocket.

Officer Carter notices me first and breaks the silence.

"Hey, how are you feeling Jen??" She asks while giving me a small hug and then quickly sits back down. She pats the empty spot next to her.

"Jenna this is Officer Foster he is taking over Tim's spot"

I smile at him and nods and smiles before speaking up.

"Its nice to meet you Jenna, you look tired did we wake you??" Mr O snaps his head in my direction and glaring at me.

"Uhh yeah I didn't get much sleep, but i'll be fine I have tones of time to sleep now" I reply with a small smirk on my face.

Officer Carter pats my shoulder and slightly laughs. "Yeah I was told that you were suspended"

Mr O glances at my then grins evilly and stands up.

"Well enough about that we have better stuff to talk about, don't we Officer Foster?"

"Uh well nothing is finalized yet until we have your response Jenna, but your 18th Birthday is in four months and well we all know that you don't enjoy moving around though these homes and families and well we know that you are mature enough and that for those three months that you were missing you looked after your self better than we thought you would, we are giving you the opportunity to move into an apartment of your own. It will all be paid for and you will have to start paying the bills after your birthday but you will get the apartment free and won't have to pay all of the bills but its a great opportunity"
