Chapter 8 - shopping

Sophia's POV

Finally school ends and me and Carly head to my car . " Lets go shopping " she asks . " Ughhh" I say . I hate shopping it isint what I love and I will never love . though sometimes I have fun with my friends . " Please " she asks . " Fine lets go. text Stacie ok. " already on it " she says typing on her screen . I sigh and head towards the galleria mall. Once we get there Stacie is waiting outside . " Hey finally you come " she says . Stacie is wearing a floral dress with red flats and a big red bow . you can straight out tell she's the girlier one . We head in and go straight to hot topic . " Ohh" Stacie says she finds a Minnie Mouse swimsuit and presses it against her body . I shake my head and walk over to the beanie section. I find one that says LA and get it . I get a shirt with a heart that's splitting in half . I guess you could say my style is somewhat girly yet somewhat tomboyish . I check out my items and we all walk to forever 21 . I find some ripped skinny jeans and a black pok a dot crop top. that should do it . I finish and check out again . I wait for Stacie and Carly . I get a text and check who it's from . Louis it reads . I open it .

From Louis : hey were r u ?!?

To Louis : chill out I'm at the mall with Carly and Stacie :)

To sophia : Kk by I <3 u

To Louis : I <3 more bye

" Lets go" says Carly . we start walking and a boy from above us keeps on staring down . what the ? someone taps on my shoulder and I turn around . "hey uh are you in high school " ? A boy with brown hair and hazel eyes asks . " No " I say . " Oh you're in college " he asks . I nod my head . "Hi I'm Shawn " he says . " I'm Sophia " I say . " Wanna come with me to eat " he says nervously . I look to my friends and they nod " sure " I say. we head to the food court and order . I quite nervous. we walk to a McDonalds station and order . " Ill take a mcchicken combo and a sundae " Shawn says. any you he says turning to me . " A cheeseburger and small soda" I say. " and " Shawn says waiting for me to continue . " That's all" I say . he looks shocked but doesn't say anything . we sit down and wait . a few minutes later they place everything infront of us . I dig in and Shawn and I talk about regular topics . he finishes and before me waits . I finally finish and we walk out . he grabs my hand and I blush .
