Once they had reached the Serket residence Terezi was pushed out of the car by Vriska. She stumbled and shot a glare in the girls general direction.

"If I catch you two fighting I'll send you back to the Police Station," Mindy Serket began, poking Terezi in the chest, "and you won't be allowed out of the house."

Terezi could hear Vriska growl in frustration at her mother. Once the tension slightly left they began to walk towards the house. Terezi knew the pathway to their house perfectly. In her childhood she spent more time here then at her own house, much to her mothers displeasure.

Terezi stepped over a gap in the sidewalk that lead to the Serket home. On one of her first days of visiting Vriska's home she had tripped and fell over that gap. She had landed on her face, breaking her nose and cutting her forehead. Her mother wanted to sue them for that but Mindy Serket was fast with excuses. She had said she couldn't fix the gap until she could get a proper job and a steady income.

Even with a proper job and a steady income she never did bother to fix the gap.

The front doors lock clicked open and the door was forcefully swung aside. "Come on, Vriska will take you to the guest room." Mindy Serket said.

Terezi could hear Vriska's mothers heavy boots hit the wooden floor of the house and disappear. Then she heard Vriska's combat boots go inside. "Come on Terezi!" Vriska called out.

"Fuck you." Terezi muttered, walking into the house. She was careful not to trip over the door step like she did countless times before.

As she walked deeper into the house, following the sent of blueberries another sent appeared. It was the sent of booze and it was everywhere. Terezi could detect wine, whisky, and rum.

It wasn't much of a surprise to smell it all because Mindy Serket loved her alcohol. Vriska had told Terezi that one her fourteenth birthday her mother allowed her to drink whatever she wanted. So being a pirate fan she had chosen the rum and got totally wasted.

After that she always had some type of alcohol in her to drink. It was illegal and she had been put into jail for a day or two because of underaged drinking- something she never learned from.

Besides the sent of alcohol and blueberries the house smelled old. Old, damp and wooden. Terezi had once asked Vriska to describe the house and she only replied with one word; Old. She wasn't very helpful when it came to describing stuff.

"Stop standing there already and follow meeeeeeee!" Vriska called out from across the room. Terezi groaned and stepped across the floor to reach her friend.

"The guest room is just down the hall. You shouldn't be able to fall just by going down a perfectly smooth path, right?" Vriska said teasingly.

"You shouldn't be able to fall just by standing." Terezi countered. Vriska huffed in response, obviously unhappy.

Terezi could remember this one day that she was hanging out with Vriska. And so Vriska had stood up to get something to drink and fell down back on the couch. It took a punch to the arm to get Terezi to slowly stop laughing.

Those were the times before Vriska and Terezi broke off their friendship. They weren't the best times but they were still nice all the same.

Footsteps echoed through the house as Vriska and Terezi made their way to the end of the hallway. Or it was the middle of the hallway. No, it was probably the end for the distance they covered.

"Terezi? Is that you?" Someone asked. A person approached Terezi slowly and she sniffed the air. Blueberries again, but this time they smelled fresher and cleaner some how.

"Hi Aranea." Terezi muttered to the girl. Aranea was just like Vriska, blonde hair and some times blue highlights. God, Terezi really wanted to know what those two colors looked like. They were on her top five list of colors to one day be able to see. Red, orange and green were also on the list.

"I'm so sorry to hear about your sister! I can't understand how hard it must be for you right now but-" Aranea was cut off by Vriska clearing her throat.
"Aranea, you talk to fucking much." Vriska snapped. Aranea huffed and Terezi could feel the heated glaring competition they were probably having right now.

God, how was she going to survive a few months with them? She decided she rather have the cell as her room. Or, maybe that would be to harsh for her, being in a jail and all. No, the cell would be the better option in her opinion.

"You tell her where everything is then." Aranea said after the glaring contests unknown end.

"I can do that with half the words it could take you." Vriska sneered back. Terezi could feel Aranea brush pass her, a big blob of blueberry sent now floating in the doorway.

A hand reached out and grabbed Terezi's wrist. She jumped in surprise and calmed down after a few milliseconds once she realized it was just Vriska. "God Pyrope, you're such a scardy-cat." She said, pulling her into the room.

The first thing Terezi noticed was that the room was carpeted. Well, that was the only thing she really noticed. It is a nice feel to know her feet wouldn't be cold like the hallways to... She was going to stop herself there. Terezi also barely noticed the room didn't have any real smell- only stale air -and seemed empty some how.

"Okay, your facing a window right now. To the left of the window on the left wall is the bed. Across from the bed on the right wall is a desk and their are two closest a on each side of the desk." Vriska explained, trying to map out the room for Terezi.

Terezi took a few more tentative steps into the room. After her feet didn't trip over anything she started to move towards the window at a more normal pace. Once she felt like she was close enough to the window she turned to the left and started to walk in the general direction of the bed.

Her foot bumped into the bed and she growled in pain and frustration.

"Well I will leave you to fumble around. Good night fuckass." Vriska said, walking away from the room. Her heavy combat boots making loud obnoxious steps as she left.

Terezi waited until she could no longer hear Vriska, or anyone else for that matter, before back tracking her steps back to the door. She fumbled around for the doorknob and once it was in her grasp she shut the door.

She made her way back to the bed and curled up on it. She closed her eyes and almost cried out as the darkness didn't change. Did she really just forget she was blind? Of corse she did, she forgot that every time she went to sleep.

Terezi could feel her body rack with sobs as she remembered how her mother or Latula would come in to comfort her. Her mother did most of the comforting but some times when Latula didn't want to hear Terezi cry she would comfort her.

Oh God, Latula. Sweet but mean Latula. Sweet but mean dead Latula. Sweet but mean murdered dead Latula.

Terezi moved her hands around, searching for a pillow. Once she found one she put it over her head and she began to cry.

Why couldn't she see? Maybe if she could she could've seen the face of the murderer! No, that was stupid. They would've killed her. The person defiantly knew she was blind- but everyone knew the great lawyer, Redglare's daughter was blind.

Terezi was now wailing loudly, happy that the pillow was muffling her gross sobbing.

Why did this have to happen to her out of all people?! It- It just wasn't fair.

So I would really love to know how well I'm writing Terezi's POV or a blind girls POV in general. It's hard to get used to this writing but when I do write new chapters my mind goes black and I try to understand people who are blind.
And now I'm rambling! Love ya all.
