Black (part 1)

BLACK- CHAPTER - 2

(Yoonji's perspective)

wow! It's a beautiful place, so appealing to my eyes. If the world looks this beautiful then it's a curse for me to be a blind. Bright green grass spread everywhere, giving a cool touch to my feet, massaging my feet and filling me with joy. Beautiful red and violet flowers blooming to their full extent and releasing their fragrance in the environment. But I think the flowers are a bit bigger in size than usual. There are several butterflies with huge wings, beautiful patterns and designs. These butterflies had fluorescent wings( yes they were emitting light). I had never seen such a beautiful sight before, not before I became blind.

I saw that old man who was watering the plants and flowers and went to him. He is a tall person with bent back. He seems weak and polite. He is wearing a black trouser and a pale blue shirt. He also wears a smile on his face and humming some old song.

(Reader's perspective)

The old man saw Yoonji standing beside him. He turned toward her and game her a warm smile. He asked her " How come such a cute girl came to see a grandpa". Grandpa appeared to be a very polit person. She told Grandpa about the people chasing her. After listening to her grandpa told her "Don't worry, they won't chase you here. This is my garden."

Then grandpa started walking and Yoonji followed him. For some reason she felt safe and happy with grand pa. Grandpa cracked some jokes which made her laugh. Grand pa also told her about his grand son. They sat at a place and chatted about for a long time. The garden was beautiful and the atmosphere was relaxing and she fell asleep.

(Yoonji's perspective)

I can hear some noises. Some people around me.....uhh..my father! I opened my eyes and I looked around desperately. Unfortunately, my world has again turned to - BLACK. I feel so frustrating and painful. Unable to hold my tears I began crying loudly. Why? Why?....I can't see anything again.

My mother embraced me and my sister sat beside me. I could hear my sister sobbing for me.

There were more more people around me - The Police! So my parents had contacted police to find me.

(Reader's perspective)

They went their home. Yoonji told the whole story to their family but no one seemed to believe her. Her parents told her that she must be taking stress that she was hallucinating.

Yoonji went to her room and laid onto her bed. She knew she wasn't hallucinating or dreaming and everything was real .

Later her sister entered her room and asked her " Was it a wonderland, like Alice in the wonderland". Yoongi asked her whether she believed her. Her sister nodded. Then Yoonji answered " Yes, like a wonderland but there were no strange creatures"

After this they went to bed and Yoonji decided to go to that place once more to reveal the truth.
