Aarmau part 1: high school

Chapter 5

"Bye Travis!" I said waving to him. The first day of school went great! I just had to wait for Zane and Garroth because my mom wanted us to walk home as a group so one of us doesn't get kidnapped. To be honest I don't see it like that because we live a really safe neighborhood.

I take out my phone and start playing some Minecraft. One of my favorite games. Then all of the sudden a huge shoulder crashes into mine causing my phone to drop on the floor. If there was a crack this person and I would be fighting! I turn around to see a guy. He looks like he is a senior.

"Hey! Watch out!" He turns around. Uh oh....its the same guy from this morning. You know what? I need to teach this guy some manners!

"Well I can't 'watch out' for a small thing like you." He said then walked away. Guys theses days. Garroth comes out of the school scanning the area for me. I wave my hand and he spots me.

"Hey Aph! Is Zane out?" He asked me. I shook my head.

"Not yet." I said looking out for Zane. Then I spot a certain guy with black hair, blue eyes, and a mask. I grab Garroth's hand and lead him to where I'm going. Zane sees us and walks over. I let go of Garroth's hand and wave at Zane.

"Hey Zane!" Zane waved and looked at Garroth then walked passed him.

"Are you guys coming?" He asked us. He was eager to get home for some reason.

"Yup! Just don't walk too fast!" I replied.

"Ha!" Zane said walking.

<Time to skip to when they get home>

"Mom! I'm home!" I yelled setting my bag down. I walked towards the kitchen to see my mom washing the dishes.

"Mija! How was school?" She said smiling and wiping her hands on a nearby cloth.

"It was great! Zane and me have two classes together and I have one class with Garroth!" I said coming over to the fridge. I took out some apple slices and a yogurt then sat down.

"So did you make any new friends?" She asked me. There was no way I was telling her about Travis!

"Yeah. There were these very nice girls that I sat with at lunch. Of course I dragged Zane along to sit with us." At the table there were about two other guys so Zane wasn't alone. My mom started taking out ingredient to make dinner. After I finish my snack I go upstairs with my backpack and unpack some of my stuff. The gym clothes I did not use today due to it being the first day. We literally only went over rules and all that and thank goodness for no homework today as well. I changed into some more comfortable clothes and pull my ribbon out to reveal how long my hair was. After all that, I open up my laptop to see if Fc was online.

I walked in the house and home to avoid my mom and Levi. My mom was going to be hope today and tomorrow thank Irene. I go upstairs and throw my backpack near my desk. I ruffled my hair and pulled off my jacket. I turn on the computer hoping Shu was online. I log on and...

Beep

Shu was online. It was 4:23pm. Lets see how long this takes.

Fc: Hey Shu! How was school?

Shu: Good! How was your first day?

Fc: Good. R u ready?

Shu: Bring it!

4:54pm

Shu: Your lucky I saved your butt!

Fc: I could've handled myself.

Shu: But you didn't!

Fc: Because I don't need to...I have you 8D

Shu: UGH...one more round?

Fc: Yeah...in a hurry?

Shu: Yes my mom is cooking  and smells good.

Fc: Ha! Ok lets go.
