My love has died, so has the leaves of our willow tree

My mother weeps, my father sleeps

So meet me at the willow tree

A basket full of bread, a bottle with white wine

  No worries in my head

Just hear the leaves chime

Oh love, my dear, we meet again last time at the hallow oak

Now at this beautiful willow

I heard the news your wife is dead

My love too left me

So dine with me and rest your head

As we watch the willow seed grow

Don't go my love, I'll miss u so, run off on your horse with my flowers in hand, come back soon so we will finish our bread and drinks the last drops of this wine.

My mothers gone, my father drinks

He has a hole in his distant heart that only love could fill

You sat by me, under our beloved willow tree

I heard the news your sisters gone, I too know the pain the journeys long

But my love you still have me to love and me to hold

Again u leave, me on the grass of the roots of our tree

Now fathers dead, I have no one now

My love you see I'm filled with pain. Only you can stop, oh dear your sick your hands are hot,

Sleep now under our wonderful willow tree

I love you my love, you say to me, I always will forever be your one true hope and love

Off you go on the stalion of a horse

The next days come, I sit alone, no wine nor bread, just an empty basket, for my love has died, I'm all alone, just me and his corps.

I burry you now, under the leaves and grass, for I will never forget where my heart last, so one day again you shall meet me at the willow tree
