CHAPTER ONE

~JENNIE'S POV~

January 28, 2020

We're on our way to YG Building because basically, we have to meet the person we have to 'date' and the most absurd thing is that the four of us have to date the same person.

''I don't want to go.'' Lisa whined, then rested her head on my shoulder.

''Me too, but we don't have a choice. This stunt will help us boost our upcoming comebacks." Jisoo said, focusing on her phone.

I hate to say this, but I agree with Jisoo on this one.

After a few minutes, we arrived at YG Building and immediately went to the meeting room, when we entered only Mr. Yang was there and our manager.

''It's good to see you girls, have a seat." Mr. Yang said then we bowed at him and to our manager before sitting down.

''Where's the person we're supposed to date?" Rosé asked looking around.

''She's going to be late as she's flying here from France because she had a meeting there this morning." Mr. Yang said. Then the meeting room's door opened, making all of us look at it.

A woman entered the room, walked towards us then shook hands with Mr Yang and our manager.

''Girls, this is Sofia and Sofia, this is Blackpink." We shook hands with each other and when I was about to ask if she was the one we were going to date when I heard a soft knock from the meeting room's door and then another woman walked in.

This woman is the hottest person I've ever seen. How can she look like a fucking goddess right now? She's making me question my sexuality, and I can tell the girls are thinking the same, too, because of their facial expressions.

''Girls, this is Y/n Lee, and she's the one you're going to date." We all just nodded our head then looked at her to see that she was already looking at us.

''Nice to meet you." Y/n said her British accent is impossible to be unnoticed.

''We're Blackpink, nice to meet you." We bowed to her.

''Girls, I think you have to speak in English." Mr. Yang said, we're about to apologize, but she spoke first,

''It's fine. I'm half Korean, and I can fully understand everyone." The girl then bowed to us as well.

We all sat down as both our managers talked with Mr. Yang while I was deep in my thoughts trying to remember where I heard that Y/n Lee before.

''Lotus Company." I slightly jumped to my seat when I heard Y/n speak. I looked at her, confused.

''That's where you probably heard my name." I was more confused as to how she knew what I was thinking about it.

''Your expression says it all." She again said, making my eyes widen because of shock as to how she can easily read people.

Lotus Company? Well, it is known to be owned by the youngest CEO ever, and the media said that she's the most arrogant person ever and a playgirl because she's at the strip club every night. I hate that CEO the same with Jisoo and Lisa, but Rosé said that we shouldn't believe everything we see on social media, but there's enough proof that Y/n-, I immediately stopped when I realized it then I looked at Y/n and scowled at her.

''You're the famous playgirl everyone was talking about." She just looked at me then continued listening to whatever Mr Yang and our managers were talking about stuff.

I looked beside me to see Jisoo and Lisa with the same facial expression as mine, and Rosé looked at Y/n with an unreadable expression.

''You should be the one to know better that you shouldn't believe everything you see on social media." She looks at us with her cold eyes.

''Right, Chaeyoung unnie?'' Y/n then looked at Rosé with soft eyes, and Rosé nodded, making Y/n smile. Then she continued listening to the others again.

We're looking at Rosé, baffled about what was that, but she just smiled at us then listened to Mr. Yang again.

~Fast forward; After the meeting~

The girls and I, together with Y/n, are in a restaurant as we're going to eat lunch, and according to Mr  Yang, we have to get to know each other.

While ordering, the waitress keeps on flirting with Y/n. No doubt about that one, everyone would flirt with her, but I'm confused about how I can see Y/n getting annoyed with the not-so-subtle flirting of the waitress, isn't she supposed to be happy? I mean, she's a player.

''Miss, can you just get our orders? Can't you see that I'm with my girlfriends right now? Can you do your job?'' Y/n calmly said, but you can hear the anger in it. I can see that she's trying to calm herself.

''What's supposed to be the problem here?" A man, I supposed the manager here, went to us because some people were already looking at us.

I saw Rosé and Lisa put their hands above Y/n's hands, trying to calm her down,

''Well, your waitress here keeps on flirting with our girlfriend making her annoyed instead of doing her job." Jisoo unnie explained calmly.

''I'm sorry, what? This restaurant is a five star, and every crew here must act professionally, so if you're trying to start a commotion here, leave MY restaurant." The manager said with disgust while looking at Jisoo.

''ARE YOU SAYING MY GIRLFRIEND IS A LIAR?!'' Y/n stood up angry while glaring at the manager.

The manager looked shocked when he saw Y/n, and his face looked so pale like his soul had just left his body.

''M-Miss Lee, I-I'm sorry I-I didn't know i-it was you." The manager bowed down to Y/n.

Y/n was about to leave the booth and walk straight to the manager, but I took her hands and stopped her. She looked at me, kissed my hand before smiling, then went to the manager.

''Look here, Mr. Do, this is MY restaurant, and I don't like the way you're treating customers, and I entrusted you with the role of taking care not just the customers but the staff as well. I've been receiving complaints from MY staff that you've been treating them like dogs, and you even have the guts not to pay them sometimes and keep their amounts of money to yourself. Well-read my lips, YOU. ARE. FIRED." She pointed to the manager and the waiter, then Sofia asked what had happened.

Y/n explained things. Then I saw Sofia's expression change then called security to take the crying manager and waitress away and out of the restaurant.

Once the security guided them to the exit, the people started clapping their hands for Y/n, shocking her, as she didn't expect that kind of response from the audience, so she suddenly got shy and went to our booth then sat next to me and hid her face into my neck.

''The most arrogant and playgirl CEO is getting shy." I said, making the others laugh.

''Shut up, you three were scowling at me earlier now you're teasing me." She stopped hiding her face on my neck and rested her head on Rosé's shoulder since she's sitting between Rosé and me while Lisa and Jisoo sat at the opposite.

''Because you proved us wrong, you showed us who you truly are, no one would ever do that for me, you were risking your public image and your company as well, but you didn't show doubt when you started shouting at the manager." Jisoo unnie explained smiling.

''Ex-manager." Lisa corrected, making all of us laugh.

''I don't want to eat here anymore. Do you guys want to go to my house? I'll cook for you." Y/n suggested making all of us look at her.

''YOU will cook for us? Don't you have a chef?'' Rosé asked confused. Y/n shook her head then smiled,

''I don't have chefs or maids or anything. I do that kind of stuff for myself unless I needed it." she said, making us adore her more.

''So let's go?'' Y/n stood up smiling.

''Yeah, let's go.''
