I closed my locker door and saw Miro leaning against the locker next to me.
"Hey, you," I said with a smile.
"How was your day?" He said as we began walking towards the parking lot.
"Great, you?" I asked. We had been talking for a few weeks now.
"Much better now that I'm talking to you." He smirked.
"You are so funny." I gigged and elbowed him. He gently booped my nose.
"Hey, so... I was wondering... Would you want to go out with me?" He asked nervously.
"O-Oh, yeah! For sure!" I smiled and blushed.
"Alright, do you have anything tonight?" He asked.
"Nope," I said with a small smile.
"I could swing by your place and pick you up at five. Does that work?" He asked.
"Yeah." I nodded.
"Alright. See you then," He said as we reached my car. I hugged him and got in my car. He walked to his car and I drove home.

I smiled at myself and touched up my hair. I sat down on my bed and pulled out my phone. I sat on my phone for a while before I heard my doorbell ring. I jumped up and went downstairs. I saw my mom talking with him.
"You never told me you had a date." My mom stepped towards me and whispered, "And a cute one, at that."
"M-Mom, this is Miro..." I smiled up at him.
"Take care of her," My mom said, shaking his hand.
"I will. Don't worry," Miro said, glancing down at me.
"Alright, well we sho-" I was cut off by my phone ringing. "Hold on."
"Ok," Miro said. I answered it and my eardrums basically broke.
"AH! SKYLER, YOU NEVER SAID YOU HAD A DATE WITH MY BROTHER!" Ally screamed. I giggled.
"Yes, but I have to go. I'll let you know what happens..." I sighed.
"Ok, good luck!" She squealed and hung up. I sighed.
"I'm ready." I smiled at Miro.
"Ok, we better get going then." Miro put his arm around me. I smiled.
