Playing in a park were two inseparable friends. They considered each other brothers, family, and someone they can rely on for anything. These two were no other than Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo. Izuku was a green haired bundle of joy with a dash of brashness that he received from being around Katsuki and his Aunt Mitsuki a little too much. While Katsuki was an explosive tempered blonde boy with a cocky attitude that screamed 'Your inferior'.

Currently they're playing Heros Vs. Villains! Although it's technically illegal to use quirks without a hero license especially with how powerful the two children are. While Katsuki received his quirk dubbed "Explosion" earlier, Izuku was blessed with a quirk that let him create muscle fiber from the outside of his skin and use it to increase the size and power of his actions. Another bonus was that his muscles were double the density of average adults.

While the pair are rough around the edges they still respect others… well at least Izuku did, but there's not much you can do about a person like Katsuki. Anyways this isn't a story about their childhood experience, nope not at all. This is the story of how Yakuza leaders get into a pickle with only two choices "Enter the U.A delinquent rehabilitation program or be thrown into Tartarus."

After Izuku and Katsuki celebrated their 8th birthday they began associating with the wrong crowd. The group they hanged out with were a couple of years older being in middle school and having villain relatives or being delinquents in general. Said group consisted of three boys and five girls. Their names are

Males

Yamasaki Mitsuo Quirk: Flashlight 

Can emit light from any part of their body. They can also increase brightness and heat said light creates.

Matsushita Kou Quirk: Emotional Manipulation

Can control a person's emotions with a verbal response.

Miyazaki Masaki Quirk: Wooden limbs

Can turn arms and legs into wooden tendrils. If used for too long the user will become dehydrated.

Females

Omura Yoko Quirk: Water Creation

Can create water out of thin air.

Horiuchi Kasumi Quirk: Mist Illusions

Can create illusions from a most like substance the user exhaled. Receives minor headache from 5 minutes of use straight.

Hamsa Fumiko Quirk: Looks

Uses her attractive features to command and brainwash people. Only works on people who find her attractive.

Fujino Akane Quirk: Inferno Hair

Can emit fire and heat from her spores her hair resides in.

Tsuji Shigeko Quirk: Healing Hands

Can heal major injuries from receiving a rub on the area said injury occurred. Depending on how major the wound is, time varies.

Yes I know how short this chapter is but trust me the wait will be worth it! I wrote this at 11 PM, but the next chapters will be exclusively 3,000+ words. Also I am thinking of pairing Izuku with Momo, but he'll have a kid with someone before he meets her. No smut unless requested by the way.
