It's been 7 years and nothing changed . Sirius visited Potter Manor once in a month. he even secretly started teaching Harry how to do Wandless magic he taught him simple spells because of less time and others always being around them he made Harry promise to not tell anyone about what he teaches him. Sirius have taken to the Lordship and was now making a lot of changes in ministry . he started with small issues like not allowing to teach magic to children he won that debate by saying "do you think teaching how to control their magic is harmful then their accidental magic. some kids blow their houses some make things catch fire do you think they are safer then teaching them how to control it . if we have information about something don't you think we should pass it on?" and this made everyone in the meeting quite and then the act of teaching to control magic to children was passed even muggle born where told their child is magical before they turn 11 there was a special department for this a wizard or witch of that department is send to the muggle house which have a magical child to make them understand the wizarding world and to teach their child to control their magic so they don't have a blown house or any dangerous accidental magic incident . Sirius was slowly become the controller of the Wizengamot meeting he always bring proves and point which can't be ignored and was always had his point ready to debate .
Ginny was having great time with his dad, grandpa, house elf and the portraits . she would spend her afternoon training with her grandpa when her 'pops' as she called her father was at ministry or working . Ginny have trained with his grandpa and was almost perfect in any spell. Arcturus even proposed that she didn't need to go to Hogwarts as she can top her class with even attending them . she have not yet made her decision of going to Hogwarts or not , she just enjoy the training with her grandpa. she also love the muggle techniques of fighting. Sirius was now teaching her how to use a sword she was more into draggers as she things they are small and easy to hide them before they come in use .
Harry on the other hand have mastered the muggle fighting techniques . he was not thought how to use muggle weapons like draggers and guns like Sirius taught Ginny but he was best at hand - to - hand combat . Sirius gave him dragger as a gift once and had promise to teach him how to use it , of course it was charmed not harm anyone but yet was enough to learn how to use it. he was thought a lot about potions and even spells but never was allowed to have his own wand he was allowed to practice with his mother's wand but only when she was around him. Harry have asked his parents many time about why he was trained and why he was famous they always said "we will tell you when it time for you to know" finally giving up he asked Sirius about it and he explained him everything about Voldemort and death eaters he told him about the attack on Potters he didn't knew the reason but he told him as much as he knew. and Harry was happy with the information Sirius gave him . his parents had promise him they will tell him everything on his 11th birthday but Harry already knew everything Sirius told him and he also know that his parents are keeping it from him to keep him safe .
ON HARRY'S 11TH BIRTHDAY Harry woke up excited to get his Hogwarts letter he jumped out of bed took a bath, brushed his teeth and went down for breakfast where his parents were waiting for him James hugged him and wished happy birthday and Lily kissed his cheeks and wished him they were having their breakfast when a owl flew in dropping 2 letters in front of him one from Sirius and the other was a surprise for him as it was from 'Ginny' he always send his message with Sirius for her. he had never succeeded to get her out of his mind he tried imagining how would she look now when she was almost 10 years . he saw that his parents were looking at him "They are from Padfoot" he told them . he pocketed those letter and smiled seeing another owl coming he knew this was his Hogwarts letter.
"Its's here Mum! Dad! look my letter came ."
"yes dear of course it came so when do you wish to go to diagon alley ? "
"YES! can we go after breakfast please.... I will have my own wand now! "
"ohhhh.... don't forget to have a look at your gift which is currently laying on your bed !"
harry didn't waited for another second and ran back to his room to see a broom not any broom but 'NIMBUS 2000' he picked it up and dashed downstairs he ran to his dad and hugged him and kept thanking him
after breakfast they went for buying the school supplies and met the Weasleys there . after shopping they all went to Potter Manor as the Weasley were already invited to stay there for weekend as soon as Harry reach home he went to his room saying that he want to put the stuff in place and took out the letters he first opened Sirius's letter

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! I can't believe you are 11 already you got your Hogwarts letter? I bet you are happy I know James will give you a broom and probably he have already given you I think so . I have something special for you . I will give it to you when I will come to visit you in the evening. It's a bit big to send it via owl post it's awesome just wait and you will love it .enjoy your day.

Harry smiled after reading the letter from his godfather he knew he send this letter to let him and others know he was coming and he even have a suspicious that the gift will be the multi purpose trunk he once told Sirius that he wish he had that trunk and he knew Sirius was waiting to gift him that till he gets his Hogwarts letter. he the slowly opened the other letter.
Hey Harry! Hey I am Ginny well you already know because I wrote it on the top of the letter anyway, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I know we have never talked but I remember you when you came to visit Molly and the other so....ya well I don't know what to write but I would love to know you Pops says he will introduce me to your family and you once he feel they trust us I don't know yet if I will be coming to Hogwarts or not but if I do it would be great to have a friend . well I hope I meet you soon I didn't know what to get you so I have sent a little drawing of you and Pops it's inside the envelope .I hope you like it

Harry can't help but smile the drawing was well captured personality of Sirius and his . the letter was shot but Harry loved it he was very eager to meet Ginny he have heard about her from Ron and the Twins a lot , the way they describes her tells that she love pranks like her dad and that she is intelligent, she love to read and learn new things and Ron also mentioned that she have a very nasty temper and once she is angry she is more dangerous . Harry folded the letters and kept it in the drawer where he keeps all the letter from Sirius and locked it then he took the Drawing and put it in a frame and kept it on id bed side table.
