The burning

I woke up this morning with a massive headache. Probably too much wind in my ears from flying around all night on my new broom. I shook it off, went to class. As usual, Draco walked me there. "Good morning princess," he said. "Don't call me princess, how about evil princess, sense that's what everyone thinks of me." I replied to him. "Awe don't take it too hard, they're just jealous of the power you hold over them now". "What power? I barely know how to hold my wand let alone use it". My arm stared burning. "Owe my arm, what the hell", I looked down and it's this skull and snake on my arm. "What is this?" I said screeching with pain. "That's the dark mark, your father must've put it on you in the middle of the night." Draco said, "I have one too" he showed me. "Well get this stupid thing off of me!" I yelled. He pulled me aside and gave me his jacket to cover it. "Here wear this and we'll go after class and see if he can maybe take it off of you". "MAYBE? No he will!" I got angry.

After class, I was still in pain, we went straight to my father. I stormed in there like I owned the place, "get this thing off of me, right now". I looked at him with deadly eyes. Draco stood back with his parents, them looking at me like I just joined some sort of cult. "Now dear I can't do that. You're one of us now," Voldemort told me. "I can keep track of you at all times now, and when I need you, you'll know". "No, no, no. Get it off! It burns and I'm not apart of your- whatever it is!". "Fine" he removed the mark.

"Remove his too," I said abruptly. He looked at Dracos parents. "I won't do that, they want to keep it on him," he explained. "Why? So you can torture him? To torture all of your posey?" I said angrily.

Let's just go. I walked away, and jumped on my broom and hurried off. I could see Draco racing behind me. "It's not bad once you get use to it". "How can you let him do that?" I yelled at him as we were flying. "Because I have to choice," he yelled back worried.
