Had started to began the exodus program that he had been planning as he started to move the pieces.

Now after doing so much trouble to the siren organization he began to move into the 2nd phase.

He had expected that the sirens would launch an attack like what has happened a few months ago.

And seeing that they have started to make some suicidal attacks he could guess.
