Asher's pov

"Why were you late" I scowl at my shitty friend
"Traffic jam" he is forever making up this excuses
"Well whatever...we will be like 10 minutes late to first period" I sigh
"Dont blame me"he says all I can say is that if I drop in any class i have someone to blame

The normal background noise that usually comes from a school is the same as always. One more year. Keep it together. I repeat in my head. Well I'm not sure if it's just me but I think every school is the same. The popular girls that sometimes go with the popular girls and the popular girls always command and so many people try to join in.

Then the artistic girls who do poems, art, writing and other shit...they sometimes keep a low profile while some win competitions. The sporty(sometimes immature) boys are in badges or in 1 whole group. The trend followers from the name you will know. The anime freaks .anime.anime.anime. Then the obsessed ones every year theres a new idol whether it's an actress, musician,etc.

I can never miss the prostitutes,they aren't always in groups but are always free for the guys or they just play them. We cant miss those who are lonely and just thinking always....the gossips, famous(tiktok), the rich, the long haired or very pretty or some special thing about them kids, there are so much more....its too much but as I said it's a cycle of school(every school).

Mike as usual went along to park where the popular girls are to show off his birthday car it's a black 2019 Toyota Camry not that bad and it's expensive at least it's not a sports car...

I cant actually believe I'm heading off to college without a girlfriend or anything, I need to leave a mark on this school before college(which I'm still drafting my application).

"Wazup man" I can tell that Australian accent from anywhere in this world it's that annoying bastard its Jayson. I really need new friends
"Always thinking...." I hear Jay say
"Theres a party tonight you down guys" Jay added as he tapped away on his phone
"Obviously and I'm bringing Zara" Tyler as usual brags about his girlfriend
"We get that you've got an African girlfriend" I sigh
"Well what about you, you coming?"both of them just stare at me
"Yeah, what time"
"Dont worry I'll pick you up" Tyler proudly says as an excuse to ride his car.
"....him no thanks after bring me to school late again"
"C'mon we aren't  even late first period hasn't started.

Grrrrrrrrr.grrrrrrrrrr*bell noise

"You were saying" I smirk and stride away
Okay so now I have english....thank God cos that man is known for late attendance to class not that I'm complaining...

I walk into class the usual 4th row window  seat, you see I'm not a back bencher or a teachers pet I like being oblivious and aloof. But as I reach the sit this emo girl is already on it I think her name is Sammy. She ignores me, i don't think she knows whose seat this is.

"Uhm excuse me...why you just standing here obstructing my view" she sneers
"This is my seat so get the fuck out" I rage causing a scene, yup if you wanted to know who i was i was known as that mysterious hot guy who is barely noticed but when I'm noticed I'm like a venom.

"What right do you ha-" I dump my books on the table she gets up and tries to take my books away and then I grab her arm and lean in near her ear.
"I wouldnt do that sammyyy" I hear whispers and murmurs perfect this has too be my status in this school
"....." she....blushing I dont think I should've gone that far but she packs up her bag and leaves. *victory dance in my head

I take a seat and get over with this.

Lunch

"Jay has been on his phone since morning" tyler says to me as we all sit down on our side of the popular kids table
"What's he up to is it Zara" i ask tyler
"Probably..."
"So I might not make it to the party tonight guys" Jay says
"Uhm somethings up..."
"What's up?" I ask curiously
"Dont laugh guys.." he warns us blushing
"So I played this girl online and she doent know she thinks we are together and I dont know how but she is going to the same party as us as a student from another school and I was thinking of standing her up but I'm with zara tonight"he complains
"Hmm.....does zara know you are cheating on her?" Tyler says
"Its not cheating..... I dont like her.....its sorta like a bet me and the guys made weeks back and.....zara mustn't know I love her...."Jayson says
"So we went tell zara but if she finds out you've fucked up and I'd say you take zara out tonight not a party and say the party was a cover yea?" I say wisely
"That's genius...you sure you dont need a girl I can hook you up" jay winks
"Na....what I need right now is new friends to replace you guys" I say coldly
"Ouch that hurt" Tyler says

"Well you could download this new app and meet people"
"What's the name?" I reach for my phone in my pocket
"Uhm chipolero" he says
"Cool" and like that me and tyler install it.
