"Jayde! Jayde where are you?" Eleanor shouts across the park. Louis and Eleanor dragged me here, for a 'stroll' and some 'fresh air'. Yeah right, we all know it was to keep me occupied so I can't runn off again.
I had run straight to a tree and climbed it, pulling out my sketches.
I looked around for a little while, before spotting Louis and Eleanor not too far away, on a bench. They were holding hands and Eleanor had her head rested on Louis' shoulder. It was too cute! I decided to draw them, and they kept sharing little kisses so I decided to draw two pictures.
Maybe I can give it to Louis for his birthday! I'm sure they would love it, I could get it framed and everything. I had better make this good.
I quickly pulled out my phone and snapped a few pictures just incase they moved before I finished.
Now I am almost done, and I must say, they are both really good. i worked so hard on them. Cannot wait for them to see it!
"Jayde! We're going!" Louis shouts, walking up next to Eleanor and putting his arm on her shoulder as they scan the big park for me. I carefully climb down from the tree and make sure the picture his hidden away in my bag before walking over to them.
I slip in the middle of the two of them and smile up at Uncle Louis. "I love you guys." I say, smiling to myself.
"We love you too." El says simply, not going into anymore detail as they are both still mad at me, but I know they feel sorry for me because I still have to go home to my own mother and father...kill me now.
Once we get home I flop onto the couch, switching the TV on and finding MTV. 'Little Things is about half way over and I sigh. You get sick of their music after a while, I love them but it just gets annoying hearing it ALL the time.
"Oh this band is pretty cool, love that guy on the right, he's amazing!" Louis jokes as he walks into the room, pointing at himself on the screen.
"Yeah, good one Lou." I roll my eyes, changing the channel to Friends. "I thought you loved that song?" Louis asks, plopping down onto the lounge next to me. "I did. But It gets sort of repetitive after a while, the lyrics are dumb anyways..." I trail off, looking up to see Lou with a slightly mad expression.
"Jayde, uncle Eddy worked really hard on that, why would you say that?" He asks, confused. You see, I'm very, very close with Ed, closer than Uncle Haz. Yes I know it seems weird as he isn't even in the band, but he is the only person I show my drawings to...and my stories. I haven't mentioned this before but I also love writing, stories mainly, but Ed has helped me understand how to express my feelings in a song. Even though I can't sing it well, it feels good hearing Ed sing it back to me when I'm done.
"I know, I'm just tired, i didn't mean tha." I say honestly, switching back to the music channel, where Ed himself is on the screen, singing Drunk.
I sigh. "When do I have to go home?" I say in a small voice.
"Well thats what i came in here to tell you. I just got off the phone with your Dad. Um..he wants you home, like now.." Louis says half-sypathetically, rubbing the back of his neck.
I hang my head. I'm going to be in so much trouble.
"Come on kiddo, the sooner you get home the sooner it will all be over." Louis says, pulling me onto his lap and cuddling me. I snuggle into him and breath in his familiar scent.
"Ughhhhh" I groan as Louis stands up, pulling me with him.
"Come on little one." Eleanor says, walking past us and grabbing her keys and purse, and heading out the door. Lou puts me down and I sigh, yet again, and pick up my bag, throwing it over my shoulder and walking to the car.
