Why " tommy is 16 so it's legal " excuse is bullshit :

- Tommy is still considered a child / teenager until he is 18, the 16 year old law is only the legal age of consent, but even so he didnt have any consent for those fics. Even if he was 18, he will still be uncomfortable and did not consent, its still wrong.
- Tommy, in most fic, is shipped with MCYTRS above 20, or is 20. That is considered as pedophilia untill Tommy is 18.
- If you ship Tommy's " persona ", it still has fragments of him in real life, it's just online, and its still making Tommy and other mcytr uncomfortable.

Also, why being a Minor doesnt excuse you from writing ship fics :

- IT IS NOT WEIRD TO SHIP SOMEONE OLDER THAN YOU, IT'S WORSE IF YOU SHIP MINORS LIKE TOMMY AND TUBBO. ONLY SHIP CCS WHO IS OLD ENOUGH TO CONSENT AND HAVE GIVEN PERMISSION TO SHIP THEM.
- Even if you're 10, I don't care. It's still wrong to make someone uncomfortable.
- Tommy had to STATE in stream that he does not like shipping. Not with Deo, not with Tubbo, not with anyone his age or older.

AGE OF CONSENT AND CONSENT IN GENERAL :

- AGE OF CONSENT AND GENERAL CONSENT IS DIFFERENT. Even if a CC / MCYTR is older than their age of consent, it does not excuse you from making them uncomfortable. If they CLEARLY state that they are comfortable or do not mind, it's okay to ship them.
- IF THEIR AGE IS BELOW THE AGE OF CONSENT AND HAS NOT GIVEN CONSENT ; DO NOT SHIP THEM, THERE IS NO EXCUSES. ITS WRONG AND WEIRD.
- If they are on their age of consent and is comfortable with shipping, you may ship them. however, if they are not, leave them alone.
