Hitoshi stared at Denki with a calculating gaze- why wasn't he eating lunch? Something seemed off to the indigo haired teen, so he figured he'd ask.
"Why don't you have a lunch?" Shinsou asked. "Oh, I had a HUGE breakfast this morning." The blond responded with a giggle. From the outside the giggle sounded real, but it wasn't actually. No one but Denki knew that though.
"Are you sure? I don't remember seeing you eating anything at all this morning." Shinsou questioned. This caught Denki off guard- no one ever really questioned him. "I got up really early this morning, that's when i ate." Kaminari responded.
Hitoshi was skeptical, but decided to leave it there. He'd ask Denki more about it later, when they were alone.
Pretty soon lunch was over, and it was time to get back to class. Things went on as normal, and eventually the day was over. It was Friday, so normally students would be going home to visit their parents over the weekend. Only one student usually stayed behind, and that of course was Denki.
Shinsou did too, but that was because he lived with Aizawa and Hizashi, and the two teachers lived in the dorms. Hitoshi was used to the dorms being pretty empty, everyone in 1C always having gone home. So he was quite surprised when he entered the 1A shared living room and there was a human pikachu (denki) sitting on the couch scrolling through his phone.
"Your parents not come pick you up yet?" Hitoshi asked, looking over at the blond. "Nah, I usually stay here on the weekends." This confused Hitoshi- who wouldn't want to go home and visit their parents? Most students started getting really homesick when they started using the dorms.
"Why?" The insomniac questioned bluntly. "Oh uh- I jus- just like it here i guess." Denki mentally curses himself for stuttering. Hitoshi just nodded, walking over to the couch and sitting next to Kaminari. The plumette pulled out his own phone, beginning to scroll through it as well.
It was silent for awhile, the two teens just doing their own thing. That is, until Hitoshi randomly spoke up. "I'm hungry so i'm gonna make something. You want anything?" He asked.
"No thanks, i'm not hungry." The electric blond responded, still casually scrolling through his phone. "Really? You didn't eat lunch though." Hitoshi questioned, looking over at Denki. "I'll eat something later." Kaminari dismissed, not fully paying attention.
"Are you sure you don't want anything?"
