"Kill...Lucifer?" Vaggie said, swallowing hard, realizing she had almost challenged him to a fight.

"Yes." Alastor said. "That man is known throughout Hell as the Doom Slayer. His story is one of carnage and unmatchable violence. Even the evilest demons would recoil at the sight of his handywork."

"What did this guy even do ta' make him so scary?" Angel Dust asked

"He came to Hell." Alastor said "Long ago there was a race of ancient warriors, the Night Sentinels, who would worship the angelic Makyrs among the other heavenly beings. The Sentinels, however, hated Hell, and not just the Hell you know and are in right now."

"Wait there is another Hell?" Charlie asked, being struck with the realization.

"Yes. This Hell, The Night Sentinels' Hell, is what you'd expect of it, almost a true Hell in a way." Alastor continued. "The Hell of the Night Sentinels is beyond your imagination, your worst nightmares would cower in comparison to the Hell the Sentinels know."

"So is this the fire and brimstone Hell where you are  tortured and eternally raped with jackhammers by demons that we all know about?" Husk asked.

"Not really. Of course it has its parts made out of lava and fire. Hot coals making up the very ground you would walk on, but some parts of it are almost alive. The walls made out of organs and guts, the ground doused in stomach acids. Doors are made out of sharp, gnarled teeth and it is a realm of true suffering." Alastor told in his radio like voice.

"Suffering?" Charlie asked.

"At all times, every moment of every day, suffering, pain. Even time in that Hell lasts much longer than here or on Earth. The Sentinel Hell is beyond what you could imagine, a place that is made to take over dimension after dimension in order to grow stronger and gain more sacrifices." Alastor said, "The Sentinels fought for countless eons against that Hell. They were incredibly powerful warriors, nearly impossible to defeat in one on one combat unless you were as trained as one of them."

"So what does tall, green, and fuckable have to do with that Hell?" Angel said.

Everyone stared at Angel like he was an idiot.

"You fucking idiot... He is a Night Sentinel!" Vaggie yelled at Angel.

"No," Alastor said, "No he is not..."

"Ha ha!" Angel said pointing at Vaggie

"Wait, if he isn't a Sentinel then why are we scared of him?" Husk asked.

"...As I was saying," Alastor continued, "He isn't a Sentinel, he is a human, but he is far beyond the Sentinels. The Doom Slayer is their king, the one who wears the crown of the Sentinels, he is the strongest Sentinel."

Everyone stared at Alastor, as if in disbelief. Everyone had the thought in their mind of this man's power, if the Sentinels were borderline unbeatable, then how were they supposed to beat a man so far beyond the power of a single Sentinel? The most upsetting part of that thought was that it made sense.

"The Doom Slayer is the King Sentinel, The Hell Walker, The Bane of Hell, The Right Hand of God." Alastor said, dread in his voice, "He is the most feared man in all of Hell, in every Hell, and he is now staying in your hotel, Charlie. We do not know how he got his power, all we know is what I told you and that while fighting back the forces of Hell for thousands of years he was sealed away, finally allowing our fears to be ceased. We could sleep at night, knowing there was no boogeyman coming for us, the Mark of the Slayer would never scar another demonic being, but now, he is back, and he seems to have some new... upgrades."

Upgrades? How could such a man be upgraded? Such a powerful being can be improved?

"So, what you're telling me is that I just invited one of the most powerful beings in the universe to my hotel?" Charlie asked.

"I don't know whether to be scared or aroused." Angel said.

"Oh shut up with your innuendos! Now is not the time!" Vaggie said, slamming her fist on the table.

"So wait, couldn't we just, kick him out?" Husk asked.

"No! Do you have any idea what he could do if he gets mad at us!" Charlie yelled.

"Welp, we're fucked, I'll go back to drinking and reminiscing over my days in 'nam while I wait to figure out what happens to my soul when I get my spine ripped out of my ass." Husk said, sarcastically.

"I have an idea!" Alastor said, "We talk to him."

Now everyone looked at Alastor as if he was an idiot.

"What!" They all said.

"Don't worry! I know he's a swirling vortex of power and anger, but if we don't try something we are going to die, and if we try something we might die, better odds right?" Alastor said, panicking for an idea.

Everyone stared at each other, hoping that they each had a new idea, but no one could muster one...

"Maybe I could have sex with him?" Angel said.

...Well not good ideas anyways.

"No, Angel. I mean if I'm going to redeem demons then I have to be a good talker right? This should be some good practice." Charlie sighed, facing Alastor, "Alastor, I think this a terrible fucking idea, but it looks like no one has any better ones. Let's do it, but only if Vaggie and you come with me."

"Oh what the hell, we are gonna die anyways!" Alastor said, once again putting on the cheeriest voice he could muster "Sure why not! If we somehow survive, Jambalaya for everyone!"

"Alright, Charlie. I'll come with you then, if you want me to." Vaggie said.

"Well then, let's go to room DM1-5." Charlie said, putting on a small grin.
