I have no idea what happens in a dance school, I AM MAKING THIS UP COMPLETELY so please don't start correcting me and shit, cuz it's not a legit dance school "experience" i made it up... i think... also they have dorms... except the Novak's.
Dean had a secret. He was pretty sure Sam and Charlie knew what this secret was though. To the world Dean Winchester was attractive, had muscles, straight as a board, had a girlfriend, a ton of friends, was a great hip-hop dancer, could sing. Well, 6 of them points were correct, he infact was as gay as a rainbow slinky, and had a massive crush on a certain ballet dancer. It was because this certain boy was a ballet dancer, he was out of reach.
Castiel's secret wasn't really a secret as his two best friends Matt, or The Doctor, and Sherlock knew about this "secret". Castiel Novak was attractive, though a majority of the school failed to see this, was strong and lithe, almost too gay to function, was a great ballet dancer, could minorly sing, and had a massive crush on a certain popular, supposedly "straight", hip-hop dancer. It was because this certain boy was a hip-hop dancer, he was out of reach.
Matt and Sherlock obviously knew about Castiel's infatuation for Dean but they didn't like it. They knew the way some of Dean's "posse" treated him, and Dean never try to stop them. They also didn't understand how he could still love the hip-hopping popular after he saw Dean and Lisa making out one time, as they never did that on account that Dean's gay, and it broke his heart. They didn't particually like Dean, but then again they didn't know him. They to were gay so their little group of three called themselves the gaysome because they thought it was funny.
Now to this unspoken rule, there are many unspoken rules like, don't fucking mess with the Winchester's, always sit at your respective tables at lunch but one major rule was; Do not talk to people ("as friends") if they aren't doing the same dance style as you, especially the ballet dancers.
Not everyone liked this rule, like the Winchester brothers', the Novak boys, Matt and Sherlock (Though not as much) and Charlie and Jess. Many wanted to change this rule but not even the great Dean Winchester would get away with breaking it...
