[NOTE: Yellow Acacia can mean secret/concealed love]

Do you ever wonder why lots of people suffer from unrequited love? It would have been so much easier if people already knew their other half beforehand. Soulmates, as what people call them.

But War knows it's not that easy. Of course, nothing is easy in this world. He initially didn't have any problem about love or whatsoever, he honestly just doesn't care about it after all but then someone just has to ruin that for him.

"War! I've been looking for you for so long, where have you been?"

And there he is, the exact same reason why War became one of those lots who suffers from unrequited love.

War looked up, only to see his best friend smiling ever so radiant at him. Yin's smile is probably one of his most favorite out of his best friend's physical traits. It's so gentle that War just doesn't want to look sometimes because he knows Yin always smiles gently to everyone and that just reminds him that he's not an exception.

"As if you didn't know I'll be here." War answered, rolling his eyes playfully.

Yin just chuckled and ruffled War's hair. War seriously hates it. Not because his hair gets messed up all the time but because his heart just beats so damn fast whenever Yin does that to him.

"What are you drawing?" Yin asked, sitting beside War to peek at his drawing book.

War is currently at the shared room of the art club and photography club. It's one of his most favorite drawing spots since no one usually uses it in the afternoon and that's also when War's artistic mind activates.

And honestly he doesn't know if it's a blessing in disguise for him because he can see his best friend-turned-to-crush everyday or it's a curse because how the heck can he move on if he sees Yin everyday?

"Just something..." War said, trying to ignore Yin who's pressed closely by his side.

"That's beautiful!" Yin complimented that made War snort.

"They're literally just grasses, Yin. I have yet to start drawing my real subject." War shook his head at the taller one.

War smiled slightly, trying to picture the yellow acacias he's planning on drawing in the most painfully beautiful way. Just like how painfully beautiful his feelings for Yin are.

"Well, I know it'll turn out good after anyways!" Yin reasoned out and positioned his head on War's lap.

"What are you doing?" War asked, his body suddenly getting stiff from Yin's sudden action.

"Lying down on your lap." Yin answered the obvious and looked up to him drowsily.

"How am I supposed to draw properly when you're there?" War complained but honestly it's just because his heart is about to pop out from his chest.

"Just draw, I won't disturb you, mmm tired" Yin told him sleepily.

War just didn't say anything because his throat felt really dry and it suddenly hurt. He just let Yin lie down on his lap as silence covers them.

He tried to concentrate on his art—keyword, he tried—and he kinda succeeded but then knowing that Yin isn't actually sleeping and is just lying down on his lap just freaks his heart out.

"Look who we have here again...Are you sure you aren't a couple?" A sudden voice interrupted  the peaceful atmosphere between them.

The photography club president, Tay smirked at them.

"Do we look like a couple to you?" Yin asked, as if he can't believe what Tay had just said.

And that might have given War's heart a little sting. His romantic admiration for Yin has always been concealed. It's a secret he's planning to hide and bury till his death.
