Forever

Chapter 1

Ann is awake," I say sitting at our usual table, "she woke up this morning and gets released tomorrow."

 " Do you think she'll come after you?" Thomas asks.

 "I don't know," I say, " everyone knows that Jamie is the rightful king and that I'm the lost princess of Adria so I don't think so, but she might come after me for revenge."

 "Well since she doesn't  get released till tomorrow, tonight we are going to a party," Noah says. But after not getting the reaction he was hoping for his smile turned serious as he said, "we're going to go, have fun, and relax. Besides, I don't think Jamie is coming back anytime soon, and if he does I doubt he'd bring another 'friend' back."

 Alexie tenses at point so I squeeze his hand reassuringly, but half of it was for me. Not wanting to remember the last time we went to a party, then say, "actually, he said he would be back in 3 months, and, if you haven't  noticed it's been 3 months already." just loud enough to where only we could hear it.

 "...and besides," he continues as if I hadn't said anything at all, " 1.it's not on an island and 2. It's a pool party.

 "Wait," Megan said stopping him. "Neither of your embassies have pools," she said.

"Oh. I didn't tell you yet," he begins, "the Iranian embassy sold to the Brazilian embassy."

 " Why would they do that? "

 "Apparently they've been wanting to get it off there shoulders for awhile and Lila finally got dad to ask them."

 " I don't have a swimsuit, "I say. Hoping that would be the end of it.

" I have extras," Megan said. Yay.

 "Fine but I can't stay long because we are hosting a family of 3 plus two other teens," I say.

 "Why?" Alexie asked.

"The family is close friends with grandpa and they are, like extra protection in case Ann after me,and for the two teens, grandpa is close friends with one of the teens dad."

 "IT STARTS EIGHT AND YOU NEED A DATE!" Noah shout across the cafeteria.

When we get to the office the lady behind the desk quickly stands up and curtsies (I hate it when they do that)and tells us that there are 2 new students in the third room to the left. "I think you'd do a wonderful job of showing them around the school and to their classes," she says.

When we get to the room their is a boy and a girl sitting on the couch and a big buff man in the corner watching everything like a hawk. The boy stands up and introduces them. "Hi I'm Logan and this is Maddy," he says, "and that's Charlie," he says pointing toward the big buff man in the corner.

 "I'm Thomas and this is Grace," Thomas says

"Wait. Like Prince Thomas?" asked Maddy.

"Yes," Thomas says as if he didn't know that almost every girl in the world would want to marry him right now.

 "Where are you guys staying?" I ask.

"Oh. We are staying at the American embassy,"replies Logan. 

"Do you know how to get there?" I asked.

"No. Do you?"

" Well, I should,I live there."
