The lost Diamond

Chapter 4

While Lisa stared at the Diamond, she started to remember something. The caretaker.
Which Words did he use again? She thought. He said it as if he knew me... She started to shiver and stood up.
She grabbed the room keys to unlock her room again and went in.
She looked at the Clock and it showed 13:21 PM. She shrugged with her shoulders and hid that Diamond under her cushion.
After not carrying it on her anymore she felt a Little bit relieved. "Time to get some Ice cream!" Lisa cheered herself up and grabbed the keys to go outside.

She left the ice cream shop with a double portion of ice-cream in a bowl. Chocolate. Her absolute favorite.
It was one of the rare Shops where they actually give you real bowls so you can use them later at home.

While Lisa tried to hurry home before the ice melted, she passed along some Shops when she saw miss seaver.
Lisa started to panic and looked around. Quickly she went into the first shop she could reach to make sure Miss Seaver wouldn't see her. While the Teacher went past Lisa looked around inside of the shop.
Clocks. Lots of Clocks. Watches, little Clocks, bigger clocks, grandfather clocks, clocks for your wall, cat shaped, dog shaped, Just lots and lots of Clocks. But Lisa only paid Attention to one of them.
A black Digital Watch with Little blue fake-Diamonds on the Border. She just Needed to have it.
She took it and went to the Checkout.
"Excuse me? ... What does this cost?" she asked a bit shy.
"Normally it would cost 30$. But todays your lucky day! Its reduced to 17,50$."
Lisa quickly checked all her Money. 21,24$. She smiled and paid her new watch.
"Have a nice day!" The woman at the checkout said while taking the Money.
"You too." She smiled and went out of the Shop while putting the watch on her arm.

While stepping out of the door, staring at the Watch, she bumped into somebody again.
She stumbled shocked but catching her fall just in time. She quickly looked up whom she had bumped into.
It was Nobody else than the Caretaker.
He first looked Angry at her but then he realized who she was and started to laugh.
"You should really stop running into me all the time!" He said while grinning. And helped Lisa up.
"S... Sorry!" She stuttered embarrassed. She looked at the Caretaker a bit more carefully and saw a gun in his pocket. She couldn't quit staring at it. He noticed it and started to chuckle.
"Don't worry. Its only for self-defense. You know, if somebody Comes and steals stuff." He started to grin evilly.
Lisa nodded carefully. "uh I gotta go..." She started slowly to back off.
The Caretaker nodded now too and smiled. "Have a Nice day." He greeted and went his way, passing Lisa. She sighed in relief and gulped.
'Just for defense'.. He Really doesn't look like that... And that grin ...! She thought nervously.
She shook her head and looked down on her ice again, when she noticed the ice had molten because she had taken too long.
Ooooh great. She cursed, sighed and went home.
