Stanley Davis was an ordinary student at Boston University. He was awkward and shy, however. He liked to sit in the back corner of his classrooms, and pay the most attention possible because grades were very important to him. Stanley had heavy, jet black glasses tht he wore that blocked his kind, blue eyes. No one noticed his pearl white smile beacause he did not talk a lot. He as unsociable, with an exeception of talking to his best friend, Steve Barnard, who lives a half-hour away.

Everyday, he would pay attention to two things: his teacher, and Maria Clovis. He adored her so. She never knew it though, because she never noticed Stanley. But Stanley didn't care.

It was amazing how he could be watching Maria, and if a professor called on him, he would sit straight up and say the correct answer. It was a talent of his.

He was in one of his classes, and the bell rang, and he got out of his seat to proceeded with his ordinary day. Not knowing about the unordinary twist his life will make. A twist that will affect most anything.
