Elle, It's been a while since I've heard from you. Grabe, time flies so fast. Parang kahapon lang, you are having a hard time picking kung sino ang mga isasama mo sa listahan ng Eighteen Candles and Roses, tapos ngayon, you are having a hard time in choosing a program in college!
Business Administration, Fashion Designing, Psychology, Interior Designing are your choices right? But among that four program that you have mentioned in your previous letter, you wanted Psychology more right?
I know it's always been Psychology. You are just afraid to say it out loud now because of the discouragements you have heard before.
Elle, allow me to share to you a qoute from my graduation speech way back in Senior High School:
"The satisfaction of the mind to learn, will always be different from the heart that wants to feel."
Darling girl, whatever path you take for your future, I sincerely hope for the happiness it will bring into your life. Lahat mahirap, walang madali, but you'll enjoy the journey if you love what you're doing.
Just like you, I also had a hard time choosing a course too. There was also a time where I got ridiculed, discouraged, and even shamed for choosing a course that's different from what my other classmates wants to pursue.
Those hurtful words didn't stop me from pursuing what I ache for. Just like you, I wanted Psychology too and so I took it. It was the best decision ever!
Speaking of psychology, I had a lot of stories to tell you but I'll write that some other time. Please write more often and update me about your decision.
