-- Elianna --

After a two-hour board meeting, I head to Arthur's private washroom inside his office since we were on the same floor. I sighed contentedly as the cool water splashes on my face, savoring the brief moment of peace.

"Elianna" I heard a voice behind me, pulling me out of my thoughts. I turn to see Alex, who I had completely forgotten was still working here, she started after graduation just like Albert wanted her to. When I see her lock the door, all the calm that had settled over me vanished.

"What are you doing?" I asked, pointing to the door. "Open that door, Alex"

"Not before you tell me why you've been avoiding me" she replied, her voice demanding.

"I'm not avoiding you. I'm just busy" I snapped. Honestly, she's the one who wanted to get away from me, and now she wants my attention again. What's wrong with this girl?

"You were busy before, but you still took the time to answer my calls and messages" she insisted, her tone growing more intense.

"Stop with your bullshit and open that damn door" I demanded, frustrated. "I don't have time for your whims, Alex"

"Oh yeah?" She stepped closer to me, her voice low. "Why, because we're not... together anymore?"

She walked up to me, and before I know it, I'm trapped between her and the sink. She tried to kiss me, forcefully. I bite her lip in response.

"Ouch" she muttered, pulling back slightly.

"What the hell is your problem?" I shouted, pushing her away. "First, you're okay with sleeping with me, then you suddenly have this 'realization' and want to stop, and now you want to start again? You don't even know what you want" I started walking toward the door, desperate to escape.

"You're wrong" she called after me, her voice soft but firm.

"Yeah?" I spinned around to face her.

"I want you...I don't want to want you but I fucking do" she whispered in defeat, taking a step closer. "These last two weeks, I kept calling you and calling you. I even went to your place because it drove me crazy not knowing where you were or why you weren't answering me. I just wanted to hear your voice, Elianna"

She was close enough for me to feel the heat radiating from her. Her hands gently cradling my face, and her forehead resting against mine. My breath hitched as I try to resist, but it's so hard. Maybe it's because I have real feelings for her, feelings I haven't let myself acknowledge.

"I missed you so much, Babe" she whispered softly. Making me close my eyes at the nickname.

"How many times have I told you not to call me that?" I managed to say, trying to keep my distance, though my resolve is starting to crumble.

"I know," she laughed. "That's why I keep calling you 'babe'"

I sighed in relief when her soft lips finally meet mine. The kiss was far from innocent, it was full of desire, and for a moment, I forgot everything else. My body responded instinctively, and I let her pull me closer, sitting me on the edge of the sink.

"We can't do this here" I managed to gasp out as she started to work her magic on my chest.

"A-lex," I whispered, barely able to speak through the giggle and moans.

"I want you so much, Elianna" she murmured, pressing against me.

"Let's go elsewhere" I said, finally managing to regain some composure.

"No, I want you here. Just... don't make too much noise" she replied, her hands still moving over my body.

I pushed her back, gathering the last of my strength. "No. Let's go somewhere else"
