Chapter 3

"Ok Judy, ready for bed?" Daniela said while pulling a blanket over Judy. Judy sat up and pulled a small card.
"What is this?" Daniela asked, opening up the card.
"It's an invitation to my birthday party, I don't think many people are gonna come. But will you?" Judy asked looking over at Daniela. Daniela smirked and looked at me and Mary.
"Wanna see what I got?" She said sarcasticly.
"I got mine weeks ago." Mary smiled.
"And I got mine a year ago on her birthday." I said.

"So you'll come?" Asked Judy.
"Wouldn't miss it." Said Daniela.

Their soft moment was cut off by music comming from outside.

We looked at each other confused. Almost by a meracle, we all found out who it was.
Me and Judy looked at Mary with smug faces, while Danielas and Marys mouths wee agape.

"Oh. My god."
"It isn't."
"It is." Daniela laughed at Marys denial.

All of us got to the other side of the house where the music is coming from.
Mary, Judy and Daniela stuck their heads out to look at Bob, while I stuck my head out above them.

"Bob." Daniela said, gaining his attention. He looked at us while Daniela waved and smiled. He shamered when he saw Mary and then continued to play the guitar.
Mary and Daniela stuck their heads back shamering at each other.
All of us ran downstairs to go out side.

Mary opened the door, but Bob was no where in sight.

"Bob?" "He left." "Probably went home to practice." Daniela said sarcasticly.
Mary sighed and turned to Judy.
"Ok, back up to bed."
She turned to Daniela. "Daniela?" "I know."
Judy laughed and pulled me with her.

"How'd her dad die?" Judy asked.
"I don't know if thats the best bedtime story." Said Mary.
"You know who my parents and sister are, I'm used to it." Commented Judy, but I was happy that she called me her sister.

"The short event is that he died in a car accident and the longer bit is that Daniela was driving."

"Whas it her fault?"

"No, but there is only one person that thinks it her fault."

"Ok, enough about that, time for bed Judy." I said, while tucking her in.
"Can you stay for a bit, I want another bedtime story, please." Judy said.
I turned to Mary. "Clean the table I'll be down in a bit." Mary nodded and walked away.

"How did you get that scar?" Judy asked, pointing at my belly.
"You realy are into scary stories today, aren't you?" I said, gently pinching her cheek.
She laughed and gently pulled my hand away.
"But seriously, I want to know what happends to my sister while she's gone." I gently smiled.

"Well, uh, do you remember the Perron family?" I asked. She nodded.
"Well, the mother was possest by an evil spirit and she attacked me. The longer story is more dark and brutal and I don't want to get in any trouble." I smiled.
"Ok, time for bed now." I said and kissed her forhead. She brought me into a little hug which I gladly accepted.
"Good night." I said, walking out the door and closing it.

As I walked down the stairs the radio started to play full volume.
"What the-?" I said as I saw Mary turning it off.
"If you wanted to listen to the radio, you could of asked me." I said, sarcasticly.
"No, it just turned on by itself." I walked to the radio and started to check it.
"Go, check on Judy. See if this woke her up, or she's still sleeping." I said, she nodded and walked away. I checked the radio, but it was perfectly fine.

Mary walked back and said everything was fine.

I was washing the dishes while Mary did her homework.

Suddenly we heared someone talking. Both of us walked where the talking was coming from. We walked into the office and saw the tape recorder playing.

Mary silently walked to the recored and turned it off.

"I-It was saying 'it will take your soul', do you know what it means?"
"I'm more worried that something happaned." I said.

Suddenly the lights turned off.
