Nate sat alone on a cooler night then most on a beach. The only one there to be exact, the air was cool and crisp the sky clear with the full moon bright- slightly lighting up the black sand underneath him. He stared at the dark murky water longingly as he sighed softly still staring. He shook his head slightly standing up with a shaky body still not used to his newer body. He was exhausted, hungry and light headed. With that no idea where he truly was he limped around. As he did the memories came back. The luring, the fangs, the blurriness...then nothing.
'You couldn't have stoped it....' a faint voice whispered causing the distressed male to turn wonkily as he opened his heavily cracked lips wincing at the pain, but felt nothing other really than that.
"W-who's there...?" He croaked his eyes wide as he sniffled limping off when he got no answer. He looked at his skin- it was next to near snow white. A whiff of iron was caught in his nose from a light breeze. Panicking he tried to make sure there wasn't anyone in the beach bleeding out- but he instead saw an injured sea turtle. He stalked over to it carefully as he tried to help it to only see it's beyond repair. He gasped covering his mouth stumbling back as he covered his mouth eyes welling with tears.
'Mercy kill it...' Nate lost control of his body as he lifted the turtle biting roughly into the turtles neck sucking and drinking the rest of its blood until it was dry as he sniffled crying heavily holding the now dead turtle in his arms guilt over coming him.Hours later when the sun began shine the beach and murky Nate hissed as the sun touched his skin but found it hard to move. But after some hours managed to stand as he limped off into the more shaded areas until he managed to find a cave of which he refuged in. It was filled with salty air as he curled in the far corner passing out from once again- hunger and exhaustion.
