The breeze blew against Reginald's back, causing him to shiver. He approached the riverside dock and stepped onto the planks. They creaked in response as they gave up a bit under his weight. Sure he didn't weigh much, but the dock wasn't that strong either. He quickly shuffled to the edge and stared out onto the beautiful water. The sunset's glimmer skimmed across the lake and the water rippled softly. He slipped his coat off and sat at the edge, removing his shoes so he could dip his feet into the water. It was a bit chilly, but it was nice.

"And... open!" The hands were lifted from off his eyes and the light sunk in. He rubbed his eyes and looked out in amazement. The trees blossomed around and the petals lay gently against the water's surface. "Oh William, this is the best gift I've ever gotten, thank you so much," He could barely get a word out before he was spun to look at Will. "Anything for my best friend." They then became enveloped in a warm embrace, the two of them holding onto each other.

Reginald gripped onto his coat beside him with a firm hand, sighing a bit. William told him he would be here, but no sign of him yet. The autumn leaves shook from the trees and lay on the lake peacefully, almost like they were sleeping and undisturbed. He wished to be just like them, so his eyes fluttered shut. Everything was peaceful for a moment. The wind gently breezed by him, the leaves crinkled in the distance, the water flowed against his legs swiftly and everything seemed to stop.

"-Regi?" A voice called out from behind him, causing him to almost fall into the water. His head twisted as he replied with a faint yes before he smiled warmly. It was RHM, standing at the edge of the dock in a sweatshirt and scarf. "So you actually made it, surprise surprise," Reginald teased and pat the deck beside him. Will walked over and sat beside him whilst taking off his sweatshirt. Reginald was confused, so he asked, "What are you doing-?"

"It looks better on you than it does me, so here." Clenched in his hand was a large blue sweater with white crinkled sleeves. His face went pink as he took it and looked at it for a second. It had that polyester feel, and it was.. warm. Homely, relaxing. He slipped it on and smiled a bit. "It fits you great, I think you should keep it," Will said while wrapping his arm around his shoulder.

"..yeah, I should." Reginald rested against RHM and closed his eyes as the sun set in the horizon.
