Call it Luck

Part 9

The sun was up and now was right into my face. I made some lazy sounds turn around a few times but finally got off bed. It was already noon made some coffee, opened the windows and welcomed the cold air. After the first sip of coffee made it's road to my system, i checked my phone. He was already up hours ago, he messaged me "Good morning beautiful".

"Good morning to you too." I left it aside after i answered and went to have a shower. I had a weird feeling about how this day will be. i chose a nice dress with a cute pair of shoes and straighten my hair.

"I hope you're free today because we are going out"

"I just came out from the shower"

"Good get ready. In two hours i will be under your house"

"And what makes you think that i can ?"

"Two hours. Tick tock"

I can't believe it he left me just like that, with no any other hint about where we will go how am i supposed to get ready without knowing ? I opened my closet and found a black dress nothing can go wrong with a classic black dress right ? I then chose my white sneakers, made a natural light brown make up on my eyes, and a light pink lipstick. The door bell rang and i resist from the urge to run at the door. When i opened i saw him he wore a white t-shirt with the sleeves up to his elbow, a pair of black jeans and white sneakers. He smiled when our gaze matched and passed his hand through his hair looking at me up and down.

"Wow. It was worth the waiting."

"You look alright too"

"Alright really, just alright ? Come on you hurt my feelings " and made a gesture to touch his chest. He then took my hand and said to my ear, "Something tells me tonight will be interesting" and with that he went back to his place smiling. I'm sure i turned red but turned around and locked my door.

"Shall we ?"

"We shall" and with that i took his elbow and walked to the car.
