Chapter 5: Nightmares

~Time Skip, it's the middle of the night. Everyone's sleeping~

Red's POV

I heard some footsteps outside my door, as if people were running. I got up and opened my door to see Deku.

"What are you guys doing?" I asked.

"We're being attack by villains!" as he yelled that, a sharp bone whizzed past his face leaving only a scratch. 'Uh oh' I thought. 'Classic'.

"The enemy must have some kind of bone quirk." he tried to tell me, but I pushed past him and ran as fast as I could to Classic's room. The area around it was so badly damaged, the door was blocked by a shield of bones. By the time I got there, a few of the students were following me, curious as to why I was sprinting to Sans' room, instead of the exit.

I used a Gaster Blaster to blast the shield and door down. I looked into the room to see Sans on the floor tossing and turning. Blasting everything, throwing bones, you name it. I ran up to him and shook him awake. "Classic, it's just a dream. You're safe, you just need to wake up" I tried to wake him. His eyes shot open and he sat straight up. He sat there for a second, processing where he was. Once he saw me, he started sobbing, while holding Papyrus' scarf. He was saying things like, "He's not coming back", "Papyrus is gone forever". I brought him up to my chest and held him, rocking back and forth as I did so. He eventually quieted down and fell asleep in my arms. I sighed. I got up, holding Classic as I did so. He was holding onto me like a koala, with his legs wrapped around my waist and his arms around my neck. His head was in the crook of my neck. I looked over to the doorway and saw some of the students standing there shocked.

"We should probably inform everyone that it was a false alarm" I told them while walking out to the living room. Uraraka ran outside to tell everyone what happened, while I sat on the couch and hugged Classic. A few minutes later, everyone walked into the living room and sat down somewhere. Aizawa stood in front of me with his arms crossed.

"You guys have some explaining to do" he said looking a little surprised.

"Yeah, I know" I said letting out a sigh. "Why don't I do it in the morning though, I bet everyone's tired right now" I said trying to buy some time.

"We're all wide awake now, plus, we want to know what's going on too." said Deku. I let out another sigh.

"Well, it's not my place to tell Classic's story, but I can tell you mine"

"How about, you guys explain everything tomorrow when he wakes up" All Might said while pointing to Classic.

"I could work with that" I told him.

"Let's have a sleep over in the living room!" yelled the girls. Everyone agreed that that would be a fun idea. So I laid down on the couch with Classic on my chest and put my jacket on him like a blanket. I fell asleep in only minutes.
