Discoveries

The year was 3085. Technology was highly advanced and the people operating it were as corrupt as possible, they were known as Sina Inc. and they were responsible for "fixing" the apocalypse that had happened so many years ago, an unknown group named the Titans were able to shut down every water, oil, and electric power and devastated the planet. Now the world was an almost Star Wars like waste land. To keep anyone from throwing them from power, Sina Inc. had an army known as the Military to keep their twisted version of peace. Besides Sina Inc. there were gate keepers and border guards known as the Garrison, they were in charge of letting people in and out of cities and watching over borders for anyone trying to sneak in. Next were a secret coup organization that called themselves the Scouts but were known to most as Jyuu no Tsubasa, The Wings of Freedom. They were a secret foundation that fought the corruption of Sina, no one knew where they were located, only that they appeared when necessary. They were the heroes that could save everyone but lacked the power and technology to do so, however, long before the apocalypse a team of scientists created a virtual world called Breaker that housed four virtual entities. They held the power that could be used to stop the corruption of the world and help spread the much needed peace back into a broken society. The only problem is that the world could have been destroyed or corrupted due to the cataclysmic past events, but that wouldn't stop them from looking.

"Now then, everyone. We have important news to share. The base we have been looking for, the one that has Breaker, we believe we found." A blonde man announced, he was the head of the Scouts, Erwin Smith, "We will be heading for the base at once with a small elite team. Our Chief Scientist and Squad Leader, Hanji Zöe is already there and is starting things up. I'll come by to the Cadets that will be going with us. You are all dismissed." He said, every body went into a quiet frenzy, this is what they had secretly been trained to do, whispers and quiet talk spread around about the new expedition. The blonde leader went by a select few rooms to gather cadets to be in the elite squad, he knocked on the firsts door, it opened and revealed a head of short, messy brown hair and Caribbean green eyes, the teen saluted his superior, "Cadet Jäger, we've chosen you along with three others to go with us." He said, the teen nodded, "Thank you sir! I'll pack my things now!" He said, the Commander smiled, "Good. We'll be leaving tonight." He said and walked to the next room on his list and knocked on the door, it opened and revealed a male with a head of fluffy copper blonde hair and amber eyes, "Cadet Kirstein, you've been chosen along with three others to go on the expedition." The male nodded and gave a salute, "I'll be ready before we go!" He said with a salute, "We leave tonight." He said and walked on to the remaining cadets. Once night time came the four cadets went to the designated area for them to leave, all four stood in line, "Cadets Kirstein and Bodt. You two up front." The two did as they were told and were seated in a rover type vehicle while Cadets Jäger and Springer were seated in another vehicle, once all was set the rovers started to drive off to their location, it was a quiet ride and it stopped frequently as search lights would illuminate the area. Finally the team made it to the area they had long searched for, there was a strange pile of rocks that were organized in an arrow like shape, it pointed to a small nearby cavern and crawled into something no one would suspect from the outside, the entire place was lit up with all kinds of lights and flashing bulbs from computers, a brunette with glasses walked up to them when they arrived, "Welcome to the Breaker base!"

After walking and hearing a detailed explanation of what the base was made of the group found their way to what looked like a rocket control room, dusty monitors displayed different areas of different places. One showed an almost village like town except there were no people, another was a forest area but had very few if at all wildlife, one was an ocean like setting but seemed to be frozen in time, the last was eerie. It looked like a decaying abandoned lab, noises could be heard from it but they were muted and seemed to come from no where, there was a tinge of a haunting green that illuminated the place. "Hey, Squad Leader. Might I ask what's on the screen?" The scientist turned around with an eager grin, "That, my dear, is the four areas of Breaker!" She announced, "When we got everything powered up this is what came up, we've been monitoring things for a month or so but I can't give you much more details until you guys are ready." She said, one of the scientist keeping watch on the town on his own smaller monitor called Hanji, "We've got one!" He announced and zoomed in on a figure underneath a white hooded cloak, it had (h/c) hair but the eyes weren't visible, the only reason they could see the person's hair was because some, if not all, fell around their face, "My my. You've finally shown up again." The scientist said, "Keep an eye on it, make sure to try and get as much data as we can." She commanded and turned back to the group of cadets.

"If you're wondering who that person is, it's one of the members of Glitch. They're the ones that were created to save our world. You four will learn more about them soon."
