The Mysterious Continent

Prologue

I don't own this picture but is basically what Maple looks like. ENJOY!!!!

The Mysterious Continent Prophecy "Look beyond what you see at shore,

To see dragons fighting yet another war,

Fighting over land and air,

But you must teach them to share,

Or dragons will flee in terror."

Moonwatcher was on the top of Jade mountain watching the moons as usual. Qibli was with her pretty much like he always was. She yelped with a sudden flash of pain in her skull,the pain was so much she could barely stand. "MOON" she heard Qibli yell, then she felt him holding her up with his wings. She looked up to the moons and started to say in the weird cryptic prophecy voice "Look beyond what you see at shore,

To see dragons fighting yet another war,

Fighting over land and air,

But you must teach them to share,

Or dragons will flee in terror."

She let herself go limp for a second so she could rest from her painful headache. "Well" said Qibli "I am glad I was here to catch you or poof no more Moon, Sorry but that would be terrible no more Moon" he finished with a grin. She smiled at him and said we should probably tell everyone else.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I THOUGHT I SAID NO MORE PROPHECIES '' whined Tsunami. "Hey," Moon protested "I can't help it." "Well," said Qibli, "we have to figure out what this prophecy means. I mean who could be fleeing in terror. The dragons of Pantala weren't fighting over land and air. They were fighting over trees and freedom. And we aren't fighting over land or air. Soooooooo that could only mean..." He turned his head towards Moonwatcher with an expression that said "I think we just figured this out".

This is only the prologue. This is my first "book" so comment on what you think please.
