A Misunderstanding

Lucy POV

I rushed over to Lucas and helped him up. "Lucas, are you okay?!" I asked worriedly. He just nodded. "I'm so sorry for that idiot's actions. I shall give him a beating he'll never forget," Erza said clenching her fists. Whats gotten into Natsu? He wouldn't hit someone like that unless they did or said something first. I looked at all of the guys, to see them all tense.

"Did something happen while we were gone?" I asked the guys suspiciously. They all got nervous and then Jellal spoke up,"No, nothing happened." Then Lucas stood up completely,"You know, I'm not exactly feeling like going to the pool anymore. I'll see you later, Lucy." Lucas waved and left.

"Okay, now what really happened?" Mira asked. "It was just a misunderstanding," Gajeel said. We all looked at each other then back at the guys."Okay we believe you," Mira spoke up,"Now that's over with.... Lets go to the pool!" They all rushed out of the lobby and into the big open pool area."Wow, it's so big!" I said looking at the hot tubs and pool. It was like a huge paradise.

"BOMBS AWAY!!" yelled Gray and Gajeel as they took off and Canon Balled into the pool. Every one who was tanning on the outside of the pool were soaked. Me, Wendy, and Levy went to the hot tub, which was very relaxing. Erza and Mira were tanning in a beach chair, and Jellal, Romeo, and Laxus got in the pool shortly after Gray and Gajeel's huge splash.

"I don't know why, but you guys act like you've never seen a pool before," Jellal said. Laxus and Romeo nodded in agreement. I just closed my eyes and relaxed a little longer. Then I got too hot and decided to get in the pool.

"Hey guys," I heard someone say approaching Mira and Erza. Natsu? He just sat down and didn't look at anyone. Then Erza grabbed his arm and put him in an armlock.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?! WHY DID YOU PUNCH LUCAS LIKE THAT?!" Erza yelled.

"Erza release! The guys said it was a misunderstanding!" Mira said trying to pull Erza off of Natsu. I decided to get out and help. I grabbed Natsu's free arm and pulled with all of my might. When Erza finally let go Natsu went foward, I went backwards, and we both fell into the pool.

I came above the water and took in the air, then Natsu shot up after me,"What the crap, Erza!" Erza just smirked and said,"The rest of your punishment will come soon." He rolled his eyes and then looked at me. Natsu looked away and started competions with Gray. I got out and started to tan as well.

"Is something wrong Lucy?" Mira asked. I just exhaled and replied,"I think Natsu's mad at me." Mira and Erza looked at me in confusion."Why would Natsu be mad at you?" Erza asked with worry. "It's just that since we got here, he hasn't said anything to me or even looked at me," I said a little frustrated. Mira sat up,"Why would he be mad at you? You havn't done anything wrong."

I shrugged my shoulders and just watched him and Gray have a swimming contest. I wish I could just find a way to know exactly what's wrong. That reminds me of someone, but I can't put my finger on the name...........

Oh well, it'll come to me later.

Unknown POV

*achoo* Someone must be talking about me. By the time I got back to the guild, I saw that no one was here. "That's wierd. Where's everyone else?" I asked myself. Maybe Lucy is at our apartment, I thought to myself and headed that way.

"Hey, Lucy? Are you home?" I called through the silent apartment. No return. I walked into the door and threw my stuff on the couch. I walked over to Lucy's desk and looked to see if she left any of my mail there, but all I found was a note with my name on it.

I cut it open and read that it was from Mira:

Dear, Alex
When ever you get this note, you'll probably be wondering where every one is. Well, all of the guild members are at the beach. The reason why I'm writing this note is because
OPERATION: BEACH SHIPS is on! You need to pack up and get here ASAP. The ships we are focusing on right now is NALU, JERZA, GRUVIA, GALE, and ROWEN. Laxus came along so don't embarass me!! I'll meet you in the lobby when you get here.

When I finished reading the letter I smiled and picked up my bag. I started to stuff my swimsuits and some food from the fridge, along with my case of couple's games and some booze.

"This is gonna be fun," I said leaving mine and Lucy's apartment.

Mira POV

"Get here soon, Alex, things are just getting started," I said to myself as I continued to tan by the pool.

That was interesting! I know it was short, but I was trying to hurry up and get to the interesting part. Yes this story will have Alex in it, but she is gonna be a mini Mira and help with getting the ships together. So yeah I hope you enjoyed this chapter! Remember:
