Chapter 4

"Honey I'm home!" I yelled to my empty house "wow no hello kisses...okay" I laughed at myself as I made my way to the kitchen putting everything up on the counter, then I went and took a shower sliding on my sweatpants and a black fitted t-shirt

"time to cook" I clapped my hands and got to work in the kitchen, once I was done cooking I let it cool off slightly before I put it into containers and drove over to Jimin's. I parked and grabbed the tupperware before letting myself into their house, Jax saw me come in and ran to me
"Uncle Jin!!!" He wrapped his arms around my legs 
"Hey buddy! I have to put this down for mommy okay?" 
"Fine" he pouted and sat on the sofa making me chuckle as I made my way to the kitchen, Sarah was sitting at the table drinking coffee 
"Hey Jin! Thanks again for bringing dinner" 
"Anything for my babies" we laughed "is the little one home?"
"He just hugged you?"
"Not that little one" I shook my head and laughed my ass off making Sarah laugh really hard 
"He's on his way home now, should be any minute" 
"Okay awesome, I'll get going then" 
"Why don't you stay? You cooked all of this" 
"I made it for you guys, and enough for Kookie since Jimin said he was coming over too" 
"Right..so why aren't you staying?" 

I sat across from her at the table 

"Can I be honest?"
"Of course, always Jin" she leaned forward in her chair giving me her full attention and putting her coffee down "what's wrong?"

"I'm honestly just..bored. I feel like I'm just kind of existing but not living if that makes sense? Everything is so fucking routine and I'm so lonely..like I'm not alone..I have all of you and my favorite person" I smiled as I looked at Jax sitting on the sofa stuffing fruit snacks in his mouth "but I'm pushing thrirty.. I have nothing.." I looked down at the floor "and I just want to go home and sleep and just..try to wake up perkier tomorrow than I am today." 

"I can understand that one hundred percent. I felt like that for more than half my life. You need to just get up and try new things, get that spark back in your life you know? For me it was moving to South Korea..you know how and why..and that it sucked at first. But look at me now, I have the man of my dreams who is head over heels in love with me, my son the greatest thing that's ever happened to me, and now one more miracle on the way" she rubbed her rounder than usual belly with a smile "none of this would be possible if I didn't do what I had done. You should do something too, throw caution to the wind and try something new. I don't recommend draining your father's bank account as part of that" she laughed " but something" 
"You're right" I nodded "I haven't done anything new in a long time" 
"I know" she giggled "I've known you long enough now, and I don't think you're boring at all.. I think you're just stuck" she sipped her coffee and sat back a little letting herself relax 

"Well.. I did do something new today" I smiled
"What's that?"
"I offered to give someone cooking classes" I smiled even wider 
"Really! That's great!" She brought her cup up to her mouth 
"Yeah..how old is Hannah?" 

She spit her coffee out and started choking 

"Oh my god Sarah! You okay?" 
"I'm okay!" She gasped as she coughed, she wiped her face off and wiped the table "Hannah?"
"Yep, she said she needed practice and without thinking I offered to give her help and got her phone number" 
"She's twenty seven, but Jin, I love you, and I mean no disrespect when I say this..but please..if you do anything with her don't hurt her okay? Jax loves the shit out of her and she's such a sweetheart I don't want there to be any uncomfortableness when we go there" 
"I understand where you're coming from, and I wouldn't, I'm not saying I'm going to marry the girl, it's just cooking lessons, possibly a date? I don't know. But I would never intentionally hurt anyone" 
"I know you wouldn't Jin, that's one of the many reasons why I love you so much" she smiled 
"Oh shit that reminds me!!! Let me feel your baby!"
I stood up from the table and kneeled down putting my head on her stomach and moving my hands around making her laugh as she sat back in her chair giving me more access 

"It's hard to tell what's baby bump and what's just fat roll" she said making herself laugh
"Oh my god it just kicked my hand!!!" I squealed in excitement while she laughed at me
"Can I feel the baby mommy?" Jax asked as he walked in
"Of course lovie!" She smiled, he walked over and put his head and hands next to mine, we laughed every time the baby pushed on her skin from the inside 

"What in the hell?" Jimin asked as he walked into the kitchen 
"Daddy!! Come feel the baby!" Jax yelled out of excitement making Jimin chuckle 
"I think you and uncle Jin have that covered for now" he walked over and kissed Sarah "hey baby" 
"Hey handsome, Jin brought the food it's on the counter" she smiled 
"Jin hyung are you staying?" He asked as he started to plate the food I made 
"No thanks, I'm gonna head home" I kissed Sarah's belly and stood up "give uncle Jin some lovins kiddo!" I scooped him up, making him laugh as I smothered him in kisses and squeezed him tightly "I love you buddy, I'll see you soon okay?"
"I love you too uncle Jin!!" He kissed me on my cheek a few times making me smile wide, Sarah stood up and hugged me
"I love you Jinnie, cheer up okay?" 
"I love you too Sarah...and thank you for the advice. I needed that" I hugged her back 
"Bye hyung! Thanks again for cooking for my wife" he laughed
"Not a problem at all" I smiled and left the house
