📍 SU CORPORATION meeting Hall BNK 11:00
"So let me recap the first part, the schedule of the event is August 24th 2 months away from now; Venue will be SU Grand Plaza" Ms. Joan is discussing the first part's main points, I was assigned to make the minutes of the meeting so that's why I'm very attentive since we began.
"Food committees are the interns, leading is Intern Cesca and Intern Marie with Secretary Netsky, Documentation and highlights production will be interns Tanapon, Nanon, Cholsawas, and Lee and the SU corp. media group." Typing that down on my MacBook. (Good thing I brought it with me today).
"Ah, Ms. Joan" Mr. S gestures his fingers for her to pause for a second.
"Yes Sir? Do you want to add something?"
"No but about the venue, is it big enough for the estimated attendees? "
"Yes Sir, since we have approximately a thousand guests the plaza can accommodate all of us but to make sure, I will schedule a meeting with them again to finalize everything regarding this, Mr. S."
"*nodding* Okay thank you, We have to make sure that everyone will be comfortable during the event. The plaza is owned by the company but we have to make sure about everything, this is the biggest event we do every year, We need to improve every time." SU grand plaza is one of the prestigious hotels in the country my family is a stakeholder in the said hotel. If you have to think about it, it's kinda big but the list of attendees is plenty also.
"Of course Sir we will~ . . ."
Supp just nodded and proceed on reading the the meeting outline and listen to Ms. Joan.
"Okay so next is invitations, we haven't tackled this so who should we assign to this task?"
"Our Marketing department have a design team, right? but I don't think they can handle this because of high demands for our products they keep on upgrading the advertisement designs." Mr. Yed explains.
"How about our media group?" Mr. Jirayut added to the conversation.
"Oh, that's right *Ms. Liu looks at me* Intern Tanapon since you have a scheduled meeting with them can you add about the invitations?"
"Khrapp will do ma'am" I answer immediately, Ms. Liu nodded; Chols and Nanon also said yes to the request since we are a team then~ I look at my boyfriend, Supp was looking at me too with a small smile.
"*mouthed* You can do it, Babe~" It made me chuckle and blush, my boyfriend is really the best.
I nodded back to him, we are both busy since we wake up (woke up late to be exact 😂) But we got here on the office just seconds to spare then went straight to this meeting. I haven't had a chance to give him kisses since earlier 😅 well we are busy after all he he he.
He smiles back and was about to blow me a kiss but
"Mr. S?" P' Netsky calls out for him.
"Yes?" My Supp immediately looks at her.
"I need your signatures on these khrapp..." She said and handed him a bunch of folders, oh that's a lot.
"Sure... *Reading the document labels* is this urgent?" My Supp says as he checks the documents inside the folders.
"Not really Boss, take your time" she said.
"Okay, Thank you. *nodding*"
"*Bowing* Thanks Boss~" then Secretary Netsky gets back to her chair.
