Chapitre 1 - Oh crap

"Soobin watch where you walk, you're gonna bump into someone!"

The concerned woke up from his daydream and directed his gaze toward the raven-haired boy.

"S-sorry I wasn't paying attention-"
"Oh I think you were paying attention, but to something else..."

A light blush made its path on the taller's cheeks as he looked away. Kai didn't have to expose him like that...
They continued their walk through the busy and full of life streets of Hongdae. They often found themselves crossing this area after highschool, their friend Taehyun living on the other side.

Soobin wasn't fond of crowded places, but he had to admit Hongdae was really pleasant to stay, for several reasons.
You see, our tall bunny is kind of a singer, and even if he was too shy to expose himself to the eyes of hundreds of bystanders, he still loved being able to see people perform with all their might. That was one of the reasons.

"Aah Soobin for god's sake can't you take your eyes off of him for a second? If you admire him so bad go and talk to him! You're so slow we're gonna be late!"
"I'm coming I'm coming!"

Without forgetting to spare a last glace to the blue-haired dancer, Soobin quickly caught up with his friend before he lost him in the crowd.

"You're late" Taehyun stated.
"Who's fault again?"

Kai send an accusing look to the embarrassed boy next to him, who just let out a small laugh.

"I'm sorry, but he's so mesmerizing I-"
"He's so handsome, and so cool! Have you seen him dancing?" Kai clowned him, faking a fanboy attitude. "Yes we did, and you really need to do something about it." He finished.
"So it's his crush again huh? It's okay, we're still young, he can keep on dreaming about this boy who he will never talk to because he's too shy" Taehyun said.
"Hey you're being mean, I do my best okay?" Soobin pouted.

Kai patted his back "You know we're just teasing you. But it would be great if you mustered up the courage to go and talk to him though. You don't even know his name yet..."
"...I'm working on it..."
"Yeah sure, come inside before you're getting a cold" Taehyun stepped aside to let his friends come into his house before closing the door.

It was later that night, Kai stayed a little longer at Taehyun's because he was really struggling with maths. Soobin too but he didn't mind. He was willing to do everything he could to avoid maths. He pretended to have some early dinner to leave.

As he was walking back, the sky was getting darker, and the city lights were illuminating his steps. The streets were more quiet now.
He smiled to himself and put on his earphones, listening to some chill music, humming silently to the song.

Some movements triggered his attention. As he lifted his gaze, he saw Him with the other members of his dance crew, concentrated on their moves.
He didn't even notice he was motionlessely staring, until some blond guy elbowed the subject of his interest who turned around and locked eyes with him.

It felt like hours.

The blue-haired boy then smiled and waved at him.

Oh crap

Crap crap crap

Instinctively, the shy boy began to walk. Faster. More like running away.

He saw me...Did he recognize me? Does he know? Oh god no... What's with his smile, he's so handsome wtf how someone can- Oh please please may this boy just be very friendly and waving randomly at strangers. Please.

Soobin's thoughts were a mess from this moment until bed time.

Maybe I will never show up there anymore haha...
