After a few long days of hard research, Hermione thought she found the answer. "AHAH!" She burst out in the middle of the Hogwarts Library. Next came the bone-chilling "Shhhh!" From every student, including the librarian. Hermione shrunk into her heavy black robes, then stuffed her things in her bag, grabbed her library books, and tore out of the library.

Harry and Penelopy were not hard to find, they were like two-peas-in-a-pod. Wherever one was, the other was not far behind. Today, however, they were sitting on the Quidditch pitch, practicing certain stunning spell Penelopy hadn't yet mastered.

Hermione ran down the hill she had been standing on, and dropped her stack of books in front of a sitting Harry. He coughed and waved his hand in front of his face. Once the dust and dirt had settled, she could see the look of confusion on his and Penelopy's faces. "What is this?" Harry asked with a tone of surprise. "I think-I have found-the answer." She managed in between gasps for air, "The answer to why your wands twitch, why you guys feel so close lately." She put her hands on her knees and continued breathing heavily. "When He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named attacked Harry, there were two kids, not one," She held up one finger to further prove her point, "When he attacked Penelopy, she was blasted across the room and through the window into, luckily, and unsuspecting Mr. Wisher's arms not far away. That is how you, "She pointed at Penelopy, "Survived. Make sense?" She looked at Harry, who was staring at her with a blank expression on his face. Then, she looked at Penelopy, who had the exact same look on her face, except her mouth was hanging slightly open. All was quiet except for Hermione's heavy breathing. Penelopy was the first to speak, breaking the silence. "N-no, not really. There-there is no way," She managed in a quiet stutter, very unlike her. A few moments later, Harry spoke at last. "So, you're saying," His tone quite surprised, "We're," He was now using his finger and motioning between himself and Penelopy, "Siblings?" His mouth as agape and his eyes were wide.

After that day, they were completely inseparable; Like they were glued together permanently. And when school let out for the summer holidays, both went to the Burrow, just like Harry had done almost every summer during his Hogwarts life.

Ron on the other hand was not happy about this at all. He froze whenever she walked around a corner, or came into a room. Whenever he tried to speak, all that came out was a stuttering squeak, and he didn't know why. He, of course, blamed Harry for all of this because he was the one who invited her over.

~ A few months later ~

After a long wait (What seemed like forever to Harry), they were escorted into the Magical Courtroom. Then, after what seemed like another eternity of talking and looking over and  Sirius signing papers, Penelopy's last name was changed from Wisher to Potter. She was now officially Harry's sister! (She was before, but she had been adopted into the Wisher family.) They clutched each other and Sirius tightly, thanked the governor, and then were off. Off to tell the Weasley's, Hermione, and anybody else they knew.
