Truth

Harry burst out crying after telling Blaise about his Uncle's beatings. Blaise had inspected each wound carefully scaling the level of severity. He paced the abandoned corridor on the 3rd floor. He was trying to get the frightened and upset boy to calm down. He rocked and hummed while patting the boys hair.

"I sowwy. I sowwy I cwy." Harry said wiping his face.

"Shhh munchkin it's okay. Uncle Vernon isn't going to get you. I'll keep you safe. Shhh you can cry whenever you want. Whenever you need to cry just tell me and I will hold you and comfort you." Blaise said.

After a few more minutes Harry calmed down. "You no tewl. I be 'unisht if you tewl."

Blaise rocked Harry. "I wouldn't tell anyone what you showed me. I promise. But I need to take you to get things to make you feel better. Can I do that?"

Harry nodded in Blaise's shoulder. He yawned and Blaise patted his back.

All the Gryffindor's Harry was 'close' to left the class shortly after Blaise but couldn't find him. Neville started chewing on his lip. Ron was merely acting worried. Ginny was crying crocodile tears. Dean and Seamus were debating. Hermione was pacing with a frown. Then she saw Draco and Pansy. She was about to have it out with them when Blaise walked past the corridor carrying Harry. She marched towards them instead and the rest caught on and followed.

"What do you think you're doing!" Hermione said stopping in front of him.

Harry jumped and started to sob. "Shhh munchkin." Blaise said and turned to Hermione. "I'm taking him to madam Pomfrey. You are welcome to join only... I repeat ONLY if you keep quiet and don't do any sudden things."

Draco walked off ahead with Pansy. Neville nodded and followed Blaise who had carried on walking. Hermione, Dean and Seamus soon followed. Then a reluctant Ron and annoyed Ginny.

They got to the hospital wing rather quickly and madam Pomfrey was a bit perplexed about the group. Blaise walked over to a bed and sat down. Harry clutching to his robes forgetting how tired he was.

"Ma'am can you please give me this list of potions." Blaise handed her the parchment.

She looked it over. "What on earth do you need all of this for?" She asked.

Blaise shrugged. "It's for Harry. I promised I wouldn't tell. But that's what he needs. And if you could please run a diagnostic on his health."

She pulled out her wand and Harry whimpered. "Oh Harry don't worry. She won't hurt you. Remember my promise?" Harry nodded. "Can you repeat it?"

"I safe wif you. You no wet anyone huwt me." Harry said softly eyes blurry from tears.

"Exactly munchkin so do you trust me when I say she won't hurt you?" Blaise brushed Harry's hair out of his face and Harry nodded.

He buried his face in Blaise's chest. If he didn't see he would feel better. Blaise realized this and simply nodded for madam Pomfrey to continue.

"Blaise when is the last time he ate?" Madam Pomfrey asked when she was done.

Blaise shifted Harry. "Harry can you tell me when last you ate before today?"

By this time Draco and Pansy had brought Snape and Mcgonagall to the room as well. They all sat in silence waiting for Harry to speak. Harry pulled Blaise down to whisper in his ear. Blaise shook his head.

"For everyone to hear munchkin." He said.

Harry looked around then at Blaise. "Uncwe Vewnon say I no eat unwess I eawn it."
