"Hermione. I can't be with Draco."

Hermione frowned and put her book down. "What do you mean Harry?"

"I mean. It's not the same when I was younger." Harry sighed and looked down.

"How much do you remember?"

Harry looked to his side. "That's the thing Neville. I can feel my memories changing. But I can never understand what's different. And then Draco talks about something and I have no idea what he's talking about."

Neville nodded. "There's less than a week. What do we do? Any suggestions?"

"I'm going to madam Pomfrey tomorrow. And I'll talk to Slughorn after. I'm hoping they can find a way to keep me unconscious for longer." Harry sighed.

Hermione lowered her head. "Harry what if you don't remember anything at all. What if your chance of remembering is when..."

"No Hermione. I have three days left. I can't watch myself hurt Draco. Tomorrow I'm going by myself. I'll see you all by dinner time." Harry got up and left.

*~*

"Dray?"

"Hmmm." Draco hummed.

"Sing please."

Draco smiled. "Sure Harry."

Draco and Harry had been sitting by the fire in the common room. Harry had just explained his life with the Dursley's as per "Draco's" request. Who surprising didn't say anything. He allowed Harry to get it all out. In turn Draco told Harry about his own life.

Now why would they do that? Well it was Neville's plan. He trapped them with a binding spell. Explained what needed to be done before the spell released. Then he simply forced everyone else out. Harry and Draco sat for a good half hour before they started talking.

Draco finished the song only to notice Harry had fallen asleep. He smiled to himself. Tomorrow was Saturday. And the last day Harry had to take the potion. He would return to his former self. What memories he would maintain was still unclear.

*~*

"What's the deal Nev?"

"Harry spoke to Professor Slughorn the other day. His memories have a really slim chance of staying. Due to everything he's been through with the Dursley's. Draco and him deserve to just have some time alone." Neville shrugged as he started eating.

"So..."

Neville looked up. "So Draco needs to know everything. So he will understand if Harry doesn't remember Blaise. And if Harry does remember then I'm going to be in trouble. As simple as that."

"Nothing is ever simple with Harry."

"True." Neville sighed.

"But there's hope right? Everytime Harry took the potion he was always comfortable with Draco."

"Keep in mind it wasn't restoring everything. This last potion Snape said would have a greater effect. Basically the previous ones were a bridge. This one is the end. We don't know if the bridge will crumble."

Neville nodded. "Hermione is right. If the previous potions were anything to go by that bridge isn't very stable. I personally think Draco should have continued calling him 'love' it was cute."

Everyone laughed and nodded their heads. Conversation went on as they walked around the castle. Today they would leave Harry and Draco. It was their day. Even if the others didn't know. Hermione and Neville had discussed this after Harry left them in the library. So it seemed their plan was working.

"So Neville. You and Seamus going to come out or what? I mean it's quite obvious."

"Blaise. I told you not to say anything."

Blaise shrugged. "I'm getting bored of pretending I don't know. Like come on."

Neville laughed. "We assumed you guys knew."

"But since you brought it up. Yeah Nev and I are together. It happened... what two weeks ago?"

"Three weeks Seamus." Neville kissed his cheek.

"So whose top?"

"Pansy really?"

Pansy shrugged. "I'm curious."

Seamus and Neville laughed. Blaise soon joined followed by Dean.

"We don't actually know." Seamus finally said.

Dean smiled. "I suppose next we need to figure out who between Draco and Harry is top."

"Draco is definitely a bottom."

"Nope. I think it's Harry."

Neville shook his head. "You girls are ridiculous. Why does one have to be bottom?"

Pansy smirked. "Because Longbottom. How else do you determine the 'mother' from the 'father'. You do plan on having kids don't you. I know Draco wants kids. But he's too gay to get a girl pregnant."

Seamus frowned. "And why can't there just be two fathers. That love the kid equally."

Hermione shrugged. "Someone has to be more girly."

Dean and Blaise were crying now. This conversation had turned into a full on debate. Hermione and Pansy trying to figure out if Draco or Harry were bottom. Also trying to convince Neville and Seamus that one had to be a bottom. Neville and Seamus both arguing that it didn't matter. All the while the two other boys were rolling around laughing at the absurdity.

"We're going in circles." Seamus huffed.

Neville rubbed Seamus' back. "I think we should head back. Snape should be returning with the potion."

Pansy nodded. "Right."

The 6 teens made their way from the 7th floor to the dungeons. They got there just in time. Snape was making his way to the portrait. They were all confused when they didn't see a bag. They walked in to see Draco plating Harry's hair. Harry was asleep in his lap. And Draco was singing. Draco stopped and looked up when he heard the portrait opening.

"Madam Pomfrey asked that Harry go directly to her for the potion." Snape informed.

Draco woke Harry up and they made their way up to the hospital wing. The group asking why he had to go to the hospital wing while three Gryffindors remained silent. Hermione and Neville shared knowing looks between each other before looking at Harry. Blaise and Seamus noticed since it was their other half, but chose not to say anything. Pansy wouldn't keep quiet. Dean and Draco were trying their best to make her. Then suddenly Harry stopped dead. Everyone turned to him.

"Can you carry me the rest of the way Severus?" Harry asked not making eye contact.

Snape nodded and picked him up. Harry laid his head on Snape's shoulder and they started walking again. Harry whispered in Snape's ear explaining the conversation he had with Pomfrey and why he was taking the potion in the hospital wing. Snape's never changing mask softened a little.

"Please make sure Hermione and Neville don't tell them anything. I trust my friends, but I asked them to lie to my other friends. If I remember even if I don't. I need to get through whatever comes next on my own first." Harry whispered to Snape.

Snape nodded. "You have my word Harry."
